Official Hang Out (Daniel)

After texting Daniel for awhile, you two decided to hang out today.

Daniel had suggested to go window shopping together, and you obviously said yes.

You both met up at Pacsun and Daniel speaks up.

"Let's make outfits for each other!" he smiles and waits for your response.

You nod in excitement since you weren't sure whether Daniel was trying to embarrass you or actually show off his fashion sense.

You decide to ask him, "are we aiming to embarrass each other or make each other look decent?"

"Hmm, both." he answers.

"I'll set a timer for 10 minutes. I'll find and tell you when it's up." he smiles and walks away.

You grin as you go to the boys section and look for something that Daniel would wear.

What would Daniel wear?

You find some white shoes with an embroidered rose— and oh marijuana socks?

Not Daniel.

You pick out a green jacket, a white shirt that had a watermelon image on the top left, and black ripped jeans.

Once you finished with the outfit that had to look somewhat decent, you go and find something that Daniel would look... entertaining in.

Oh yes, a white tube top, a red skirt, some unicorn slippers.

Daniel is going to set a new look for this world, you think to yourself.

After a few minutes, Daniel comes up to you with his arms full of clothing.

"Times up." he grins at you, and you ask him, "are you ready to become a trendsetter?"

He chuckles and nods, adding, "I wouldn't be surprised if I was born ready for this day."

You two exchange the piles of clothing and enter into separate dressing rooms.

"The one with potential first?" Daniel asks you from the other stall.

"Sounds good." you tell him and put on a yellow top that had some ruffles at the straps, and had some fuchsia flowers on it.

He also chose white shorts with a beige belt, and some white shoes.

Unfortunately, the shoes were rather big but you believed that that was better than Daniel somehow knowing your shoe size.

The last thing that belonged to the outfit was a pair of beige sunglasses, so you rested them upon your head.

You look at your outfit in the mirror and are almost convinced to buy the outfit.

The only thing that stops you is your bank account, of course.

"Daniel, ready?" you ask him and you hear him say, "yeah."

You open the stall door and walk out, and Daniel appears from the room next to you.

"Daniel, you look like a whole meal and a half! What girl are you trying to steal?" You tell him with a smile, and his cheeks begin to develop a tint of red.

"Well, I would love to take you out on a date— b-but if you have a boyfriend, I respect that you know." Daniel tells you after a few moments of him just smiling.

"You know, I think you should ask me when we're in our ridiculous outfits. Just to make it a tad more memorable." you tell him playfully, and he goes along with it.

That's exactly what you both do.

You both change into the "funny" outfits you had selected for each other, and then he asks you on a date which happened after practically hours of you two laughing at each other.

To make things better, you both bought the outfits you each wore— including the ridiculous ones.
