Him Missing You (Daniel)

"Guys, I'm going to wait for y/n at her house." Daniel announces to the boys as he begins to walk to the door.

"Daniel, you told us she wasn't going to be home for another three hours... and you said that ten minutes ago." Corbyn counters, a sly smile crossing his face as he realizes what Daniel was going through.

"I know, I know," Daniel sighs and looks down at the floor then continues, "I just really miss her and want to see her the second she returns."

Zach teases Daniel by commenting, "Aww, you miss y/n!"

Daniel feels his face heat up but answers, "Of course I do."

"Are you just going to wait for her on her steps?" Jack asks while sitting on the couch.

"Maybe... is that a bad plan?" Daniel confesses, now growing concern about his plan.

"I'll make you a sandwich since you'll be sitting there for awhile." Jonah offers, getting up from the couch.

"N-No, it's fine," Daniel make a motion with his fingers for Jonah to stay put, knowing he didn't want to burden Jonah despite the task being small.

"I just can't sit and do nothing while I wait for her while she's volunteering at this animal shelter thingy." Daniel sighs, walking towards Zach to take a seat by him.

"What if we all go somewhere and we can drop you off at y/n's whenever you want." Corbyn offers, nodding his head as he knows it's not a bad idea.

Zach excitedly speaks up, "We can go to the park or something!"

"We all already showered though." Jack points out since they'd be running around the park, which makes Zach frown as his idea is shut down.

"I'll wait at y/n's, I want to give her a huge hug the second she gets here." Daniel declares and gets up, the thought of you making him unable to keep still.

"Daniel's such a good boyfriend." Zach chuckles as he watches Daniel walk away.

"We applaud you!" Jonah cheers on his friend, which makes Daniel laugh.

As he leaves his home, he can't quit smiling since he knows how much closer he is to getting to be with you in person.
