Everyone's at the basketball game tonight. They didn't even bother with me today as they were all talking about the big game. I can't help but feel a rush of excitement as I think of what is to come. I smile as I think of the idea of everyone talking about the game. Soon they would be talking about something else.
Something much bigger and more exciting than a stupid basketball game. Soon it will be my turn to score and let me just say one thing. This winning game will be a game people will talk about for years.
I walk over to my dresser and flip through my Batman calendar and grin at the red circled date. A couple more days is as long as I have to wait for me to finally get what I deserve. For them to get what they deserve.
Just a few more days.
