Y/N
"Hey you seem happier than usual?" Ali said to me while I was stopping by the coffee machine."Really? I just got in contact with my old friends from high school. Malachi and I are starting to hang out more actually." I said happily.
"Wow! You're not as pale anymore! Maybe all you needed was a day out or something. Look at that, you're smiling and laughing more." She said happily and drank form her coffee cup. "So... How are hints with Levin?"
My mood suddenly went downhill and I sighed. "He has a girlfriend of his own you know? So basically I'm out. I asked Malachi for advice to get rid of my feelings for him but it didn't end up working."
"That is straight up sad Y/N. Why don't you just... Just like try to find other guys? Go on dates?"
"Right now I'm trying to find the perfect girl for Malachi," I sighed.
"Don't you mean guy?"
"Ali!"
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I just don't see him hang out with many girls..."
"Ooh! How about you and him??" I asked excitedly.
"No he's not my type. Even though he is fun to hang out with, still he doesn't seem like my type," she shrugged and threw her cup in the trash bin. "Anyways we can talk more after work! Meet me at 6 at the cafe place?"
"Yeah sure..." I said and she walked over to her office.
My bag was already in my hand and I went out of the workplace, sighing and leaning against the outside wall.
Should I find a new place to work at? Maybe I should do that... That way it will clear my mind! But it isn't that easy...
I groaned and continued walking my way home. Right as I was about to go to the direction, I spotted Malachi with some brown hair girl.
"O-Oh! Hey Yui!? W-What are you doing here?" Malachi said jumpy.
My eyes shined with sparkles and I hid behind a tree, making sure he didn't see me.
"Oh Malachi! I'm just some groceries before heading back home. Such a surprise to run into you," the girl suspected to be Yui said.
"O-Oh Yeah Pfft... Of course duh! I also am picking some you know... Um groceries. After all I need to eat to survive!"
"Ha! You're so funny Malachi. Anyways, I'm going to head to my car. See you at work!"
Yui went away and my eyes darted towards Malachi, who looked like he was about to faint.
I smiled cheekily and went over to him, while he was catching his breath.
"Malachi~" I said in a different voice.
"AH! Yui What- Who are you?! Oh you!" He said in a panicked tone and caught his breath. "I-Uh... Just going to you know, pick up some ingredients..." He said and tried to zoomed into the store.
"Wait Malachi! I need to speak to you!" I said as I ran to him and turned him around by force.
"U-Uh Yeah?" He said trying to not look at me in the face and also hiding his red face.
"Wait... Are you blushing? And you're getting nervous? THE Malachi is getting nervous?" I said in awe.
"N-No! I don't know what you're talking about! Now let me go you freaking..."
"Yeah?"
"Damn it! Where did my insults go?!" He said frustrated.
"Malachi..."
"I don't like where this is heading..."
"Do you-
"NOPE I AM OUTTA HERE! SEE YA!"
"MALACHI GET BACK HERE!
