Y/N
Christmas was around the corner and it seemed like everyone was excited and talkative.Lilith seemed to be excited to open her presents while Levin was hanging out with other people, while being close to Liza.
I sighed quietly to myself as the adults of this house drank some wine to celebrate.
Maybe next time I'll drink... I feel like I should be a good role model to Lilith now to not drink. Though, drinking would help right about now...
I shook my head slightly as I went out of Malachi's front door and stood in the porch, my arms resting on the fence.
I looked up at the moon and saw a face on it. I chuckled lightly as I seemed to be the only thing that cheered me up right now.
Flashback:
"Idiot. You made us come this late home," I said with sarcasm.
"Well, it was worth it. Asking you to prom is my greatest achievement," he said proudly.
There was a hint of blush on my face as I chuckled. "You really has it all planned huh? You parents are going to remember back when your father asked your mother to prom."
"Eh... I got the idea from them. My mom was had so many fantasies while my dad was a great guitarist and had that evil death glare..."
"Pfft... Is that where you got your fantasies from when you daydream in class?" I chuckled. "And your evil death glare, following along with your guitar skills?"
"Don't forget my abs-olutely beautiful abs," he joked.
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah sure. I feel bad for you parents though... How did they end up with suck an ugly child?"
"Oh so you pity me?"
"Nah... Why would I pity you? There's way too much pity from your fans. More like you're pathetic..."
"You do know that pity is the synonym of pathetic right?"
"Don't play smart with me!"
"Haha... Pfft you're way too easy to mess around with. After all that's the only good thing about you," He barked back.
"W-What?..." I said as tears started coming out of my eyes.
"W-Wait seriously you're crying?! Sorry sorry-
"HA! GOT'CHA MATE! NOE WE ARE EVEN!" I said proudly.
"Why you little... COME HERE I'M GOING TO DO THE WORST THING!"
"Ha! I'm faster than you anyways!" I laughed as he started basing me around.
————
"I don't understand why you are an adult and you mentally have a mind of a 10 year old," I stated."That's because I'm a late bloomer~"
"Uh... Hell nah! I was taller than you back then! You were like 4'7 and I was like 4'11!"
"True true... Now you're a midget," he commented and flicked my forehead.
"Ow!" I said and rubbed my forehead. "FYI, I'm like only 2 or maybe 4 inches shorter than you. Plus, I'm average heigh," I grinned.
"Mmm... Still an AMF..."
"What the heck is an AMF?"
"Oh! My bad! It stands for Annoying Midget Freak."
"Why you little devil!"
"Devil? I actually like the nickname... Hmm, is it because I'm.. devil-ly handsome?"
"SHUT UP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FACE TO BE RIPPED OFF!"
————
"Aha! The moon has a face, look!" Levin said pointing at the sky."Pfft... You think back when your parents were in high school, the moon had a face?"
"Uh duh! Maybe a man carved the face in. I mean, who would cover such artwork?"
"I would. Just to annoy you," I grinned.
"Hey!" He said as he started tickling me. "Get that stupid grin off your face."
"Ah! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" I said as I fought off his hands.
He held my hand suddenly, while we were laying down.
I looked at him as he looked at me, with a smile. "I'm glad I get to share these things with you," He said out of no where.
I quirked an eyebrow and looked at him weirdly. "Alright weirdo."
"Tsk tsk, can't even take a hint..."
"....?"
"Do you remember when I said I always be there when we were 10?" I said looking up towards the sky.
"Of course. The time you comforted me when James broke me heart...-
"When you were going through a hard time when your parents passed away...-
"And when I was just sad in particular. Thanks for always being there for me, Levin..."
End
Thanks for always being there for me, Levin...
Thanks... for always being there for me, Levin
Thanks for always being there for me, Levin.
Thanks for always being there for me, Levin.
THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR ME, L-
"-/N! Y/N!" Malachi yelled my name and spun me around. "Why weren't you answering me?! Is something the matter? Is it because of-
"I can't stop thinking about it, I'm sorry..."
"It's alright. Look, you can always tell me anything," he said and sighed. "Are you alright then? Jealous or?-
"Malachi... I'm not a stupid, dense teenager anymore. I'm not a teenager who goes crying everywhere because her 'crush' is with another girl. I'm happy for Levin! Even if it's a little hard to get over him. In no time, he'll be out of my mind and I'll possibly meet someone," I stated. "Levin is just on my mind for some reason.. I just hate that he is... It just wants to make me burst, since I was the one who ruined our relationship."
"Alright, Alright. How about this, let's just forget about Levin and have a good time opening presents with everyone alright? You did switch the presents of Lilith though right?"
"Yeah, I got her something much better..."
"Good, c'mon, let's go," he said and smiled a little.
