-AUDREY'S POV-

"Why did you cry after Mr. Owen told you that you loft your part?" Raelynn asked, closing the dorm door behind us.

"It's not the fact that I got my part taken away, it was the fact about Matt kidding that Hailey girl. And, I am a sensitive person." I said.

"Well, I don't know what's been up with Matt lately. He has been acting as if he wouldn't want to be your boyfriend anymore."

"He ISN'T my boyfriend! So, you've got that right." I told her.

"Oh. So is that why there was yelling in the hallway that the class heard?" She asked.

I gave her the death stare, letting her know that it was true.

"Well this sucks, Cameron and I were planning a double date with you guys and us, but we can't now!" Raelynn said, plopping on her bed.

"It's fine. You and Cameron almost never have any alone time, so it is alright if you guys just go with only one couple and not two."

"Are you sure?" She asked, and I nodded my head.

"Well in that case, will you go shopping with me so I can pick a cute dress out for tonight?"

"Yes!" I said, and we headed for the mall.

On the way there, we were singing terribly, and looking silly the whole time, making fools out of ourselves.

We went to JC Penny, Belk, and the wedding store, but not any dresses seemed to come in handy.

"Alright, we will go to Rue 21, and if we don't find anything there then I guess I'll just have to dress casual tonight." She told me.

We walked into the store, and went straight to the dress section.

She picked out 6 dresses, and went into one of the stalls in the dressing room.

"It's going to take me a while, try picking some dresses out for yourself while I'm trying these on." Raelynn said.

I went to the dress section, and picked out 3 dresses that might suit me.

The first one was a purple tight dress, that went down to the knees, and was long sleeved.

Nope.

The second one was a bright red color, with roses that trailed diagonal from the only one strap there was.

Nope.

The last one was a strapless Tiffany blue dress, that had diamonds, and was a little bit higher than the knees.

Perfect.

I wonder what Matt would think when he saw me in this dress.

Crap, Matt.

I can't get him off of my mind.

You know what, I'm going to buy this dress, and see what Matt thinks when he sees me strutting down to Becca's dorm tonight for that party.

Then we will see who will really come chasing back.
