Cleo's POV
Holy crap.
He was staring at me in shock, and I'm sure my face mirrored the exact expression as his. He was the first to recover.
"How do you know me?" he questioned.
I rolled my eyes. "You work for the Silver Arrows. If you didn't figure out yet, I'm supposed to kill all of them, which includes you."
"Then why haven't you killed me yet?" He asked, giving me a suspicious look.
I stepped closer to him, hearing his breath hitch slightly. "My job is to keep evil away, not be a part of it." When he gave me a confused look I said, "Your files are clean. Even though you joined the SA, you haven't participated in any murders, and the people of England and America have a positive attitude towards you. So I don't have any right to kill you."
"So you know who I am?" he asked me.
I nodded. Holding my hand out for a handshake, I smirked. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Mr. Miles, or should I call you the Viper?"
He grinned at me. "I'm honoured to meet you, it's not every day the legendary Dragon Queen decides to drop by. And please, call me Ryan." he said, taking my hand and shaking it.
"You can call me Cleo. And can I ask you a question?" I asked him
He nodded, "Yeah, sure."
"Why did you join the Silver Arrows? Especially since you seem to be flying solo." I questioned.
He sighed. "It's quite a long story, and it'll take me probably more than 5 hours if I included all of the questions you'll be bound to ask me." he said, smiling. "Why don't I tell you tomorrow? You should probably get some rest after all of... this." he said gesturing at the bodies.
"Fine... when can I meet you?" I asked, rolling my eyes.
"Meet me at 7.30 am in your hotel's lobby." he replied.
"Okay su- wait what? How do you know where I'm staying?" I asked, staring at him, flabbergasted.
"I have my ways." he said, tapping his nose.
I rolled my eyes again. "I'm not really bothered to ask anything. Can you at least help me clear the bodies?" I grumbled and made my way towards the nearest body.
Taking out my poisons, I gave a couple of bottles to Ryan. "Pour some into the mouth. One bottle will be enough for only one person and half of another." I instructed him. He nodded his head and jogged off towards Logan's body.
I opened one of the little bottles. A small hissing sound was emitted while a greenish blue smoke came out. Carefully pouring the liquid into the partially opened mouth of one of the guys who were unfortunate enough to die because he snickered, I watched in satisfaction as the body started dissolving immediately.
After finishing two more bodies and getting the expected results, I turned to see Ryan finishing the last body. He stared at the remains in disgust, which happened to be a small pile of ash before kicking it and stomping on it. Looking pleased with his little... err... victory... of attacking a pile of harmless ash, he made his way towards me.
I raised my eyebrow. "That was very matured. Kicking a pile of ash is so dangerous." I said sarcastically.
He shrugged. "Don't be jealous because I'm limited edition. I'm sure being common isn't so bad." he teased.
I glared at him before faking a kick to his groin. "Aaarrgh!" he screamed before covering his jewels and doubling over for extra protection.
"The hell?! Are you trying to stop me from reproducing?!" he grumbled, straightening up but staying a few feet away from me and cautiously glancing at my knee in case it magically plants itself on him.
