~Thomas POV~

"Thomas run!" Alex screeched as he pointed a gun towrds who ever was behind us. Where he had gotten the gun, I had no idea. It wasnt there a few seconds ago.

We had been taking a peaceful walk in the park when suddenly Alex started to notice people following us.

Following Alex instructions, I ran as fast as my long legs could take me. I ran all the way to the dorm and busted through the front doors. I glanced behind me to check if Alex was folowing me but I didnt see him.

Suddenly, I felt a sinking feeing in my stomach. As if it was replaced by a black hole of doom. It felt as if the wind had been puched out of me multiple times. I could barely breathe.

I clutched my stomach as Alex came around the corner and ran through the doors. As sudden as the pain came, it faded away. I straightened my back, as my roommate pulled me onto the stairs.

"Why arent we taking the elevator? There are elevators for a reason. And who were thos people back there? What the hell just happened?" I questioned him as we ran up to our dorm.

"Too dangerous. Tell you in the dorm," he said so quickly that I thought I had heard him wrong. He kept glancing back down the stairs to make sure no one was following us.

I opened the door with keys and made sure to lock it after we were both inside.

"Ok, I decide to try and make amends with you for once and then we get attacked by someone?!" I screamed as I spun around to face him. We had been walking out in the park because I had decided that I had had enough of our fighting.

"Look, if you're trying to acuse me of setting us up to get attacked, then you're wrong. I had nothing to do with them," he mumbled as he put his head in his hands and rested his elbows on his knees. "Let me explain."
