Rocky (Earlier in the day)
It was about five in the morning and my flight just landed back here in New York. The only people that knew I was home was my mom, my sister, and of course the mob. All I wanted to do besides see Yasmine was go home and sleep for a little bit. I knew she's not expecting me to be home until a few days from now but that's all apart of the plan. I wanna take her to meet my mom and my sister but I wanna surprise her that I'm home first. I knew she wouldn't be up right now so in the mean time I'll figure out the plan.

My bags and luggage came back around and I walked out of the airport seeing my mom and sister standing outside of the car. I made my way to the car and my mom ran up to me pulling me in a hug.

Hey baby how are you? I missed you so much. She said swaying us back and forth.

"I'm good Ma and I missed you too." I smiled.

Here I'll take your bags and you get in the car. She grabbed my bags opening the truck.

Hey Kimmy. My sister said nudging me.

"Raelynn I told you to stop calling me that." I shook my head hugging her.

Raelynn and I were a year apart and we were pretty tight but we weren't always like that. After my dad and my brother died I was the only man left in the house so I took on the responsibility of keeping her and my mom safe. We weren't always financially stable so after my pops died that led my brother to sell drugs which is how he died. I told myself I wouldn't sell but he was the only provider after my pops died so after he died I sold a little bit and told my mom I was working at this burger joint. I stopped when my mom got a good job and started focusing on music which leads me to where I am now.

It's cute and I like it. She said as we got in the car.

"Well I'm not cute I'm jiggy so find another name."

You're so full of yourself. She busted out laughing as Ma got back in the car.

Don't tell me y'all already arguing. She shook her head pulling off. So how was the tour Rakim?

"It was good I had a lot of fun made money, and met new people. I was surprised at how many people fu- I mean mess with me and my music but it was dope."

That's good I'm really proud of you and I'm glad you took a different route than your brother. I'm still a little upset you didn't finish college but you're doing something positive. And I know you better had been keeping your hands to yourself and not messing with them groupies. Raelynn and I busted out laughing.

"Yeah Ma I kept my hands to myself I promise. When I was out in Cali I actually saw Yasmine and we hung out and I went to one of her shoots."

Y'all been together damn near two months and I ain't met her what's up with that? She said.

Yeah Kimmy what's up with that? Raelynn chimed in.

"As long as you keep calling me Kimmy you'll never meet her that shit is embarrassing, and you can meet her this weekend. She thinks I'm going to be back at the end of the week but Ima surprise her."

How about I make dinner and you bring her over Saturday night?

"Or how about I take y'all out to dinner Saturday night?"

Are you sure? She asked.

"Yeah but Raelynn gotta pay for herself since she can't find another name for me." I joked.
