I woke up knowing today I would be spending this day like any other day. Yes it was my birthday and I know I should do something but my parents never did anything for me so I never celebrated. Oddly enough none of my friends nor my boyfriend even asked me to do anything. Rocky wants me to go to dinner with him when he comes back which I agreed to, and honestly that's all I need. I really wished he was here today but he said he had some last minute stuff with his managers to deal with. I got up out of my bed starting my day by taking a nice shower.

I had a meeting involving the meet and greet with Mya and some of my team later on today and I was super excited. Meeting my supporters is something very important to me because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be here today, and I never thought I would be. In all honesty I thought me and Briana would be in each other shoes but life works in mysterious ways. I was in a very good mood today and I wasn't going to let anything ruin it.

I got out of the shower and slipped on this cute baby pink one piece body suit and started messing with my hair which ended up in a messy half up half down hairstyle. I turned of some music and coincidentally Birthday Cake by Rihanna came on. I danced around in my room and lit some sage swirling the smoke all around my house. I picked up Ace and states dancing with him in my arm.

I paused my music hearing knocks at my door and set down my sage. I put on my jeans and walked to the door and by my surprise it was Cam with flowers and some gift bags.

"Now you know you didn't have to do this." I smiled letting him in.

I didn't..but I did because you're my best friend and what kind of friend would I be to not get you anything or at least stop by. Happy birthday Mi Amado.

He handed me the flowers and my bags and hugged me.

So what you doing today?

"I have a meeting and then nothing but I might go shopping."

Alright well I just wanted to stop by but call me when you open your gifts and I'll see you later. He hugged me again going to the door.

"Thanks and be safe." I closed the door behind him.

I finished getting dressed and rubbed some sandalwood oil on my skin and gave Ace a treat. I put in my shoes and grabbed the rest of my belongings leaving out.

"Hey good morning Gus." I smiled seeing Gus giving him a hug.

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Yasmine happy birthday to you! He sung.

"Aw thanks Gus." I hugged him again getting in the car.

So do you have any plans for this special day? He said pulling off.

"When he gets back I'm going to dinner with Rocky and that's it. Then it's back to work."

Well something small is always nice especially with your significant other, and I'm happy you guys could work things out.

"Yeah all thanks to you all that advice you gave me really helped me out."

Oh no problem as long as you're my boss I'm here. He laughed and I joined him.

"How's thay son of yours?"

Aw well you know him it's always something new every week. He's still into music but now he's moving on to fashion and junk. He's one hell of a character I tell you that.

"Hey if he's really serious about the fashion stuff he could be an intern for my best friend Briana and her clothing line. It is women's fashion but it would be some experience for him."
