The sunlight shined on Jacen's eyelids, beginning to wake him up. Jacen looks on the floor to see the pebbles and stones still on the floor. Jacen then lifts them into the air, and lines them up as he telepathically throws them out of the glassless window as they begin their trip to the sea below the island. Jacen then noticed a brown Jedi cloak folded for him on the side of the bed. He grabs the folded cloak, giving it a look. He then heard a chirping noise which startled Jacen, causing him to force pull his lightsaber hilt and ignite a green blade. He then sees a Porg scream as it flaps it's arms and flies out the door.
"Sorry!" Jacen yelled, feeling bad for scaring the poor creature, as he retracts the blade back into the hilt and unfolds the cloak, putting it on as he begins to feel like a Jedi Knight, or a warrior of the Grey at least. He then steps outside the hut, the sky was blue again and the view was still incredible as ever. The back of his Jedi Robe flowed through the wind as he walks to the edge of the mountain, that was where his father was standing over. They both watch the waves of the sea as they crash upon the bottom of the mountain.
"Rough morning?" Asked Luke, knowing about Jacen's mishap with the Porg he accidentally scared off.
"Not what I had in mind for a wake up call." Said Jacen.
"Porgs are friendly creatures, they'll forgive you." Luke replied. "How did you find me?" He asked.
"There was a map, it brought me here, long story." Said Jacen.
"Lando." Said Luke.
"Wait, Lando made the map?" Asked Jacen, neither of them have seen Lando Calrissian after all these years.
"He always has a plan up his sleeve, looks like it paid off." Said Luke. "Oh and by the way. I might have misplaced this by mistake." Said Luke, as he takes takes something from his belt, it was Jacen's old lightsaber. "I figured you might need it to complete your training."
"You know?" Asked Jacen, taking the lightsaber Luke gave him.
"Your talking to the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy....and your master is a cube." Said Luke, as Jacen takes a look at his old hilt.
"So what will I do with this?" Asked Jacen, as he shows Luke the lightsaber he kept with him all this time.
"Some warriors fight with courage and honor. However, a true warrior fights with his heart." Said Luke, as Jacen looks at Kara's hilt, knowing how he misses her. "You really miss her don't you?"
"Not a day goes by, when I don't think of her." Said Jacen.
"She was one of my best students. She really liked you, reminded me of your Mother." Said Luke, as Jacen smiles a little, but then starts thinking of something else.
"What happened to my mother?" Jacen asked, as Luke then contemplates on what to say.
"I spent a lot of time with her before you were born." Said Luke. "She left to find a missing ally from the past, and was never seen again." Luke explained, as Jacen remembers the last time he saw her. "I hoped I could find her, but she turned off a cloaked binary beacon so she wouldn't let me." Luke explained. "The whole time I spent on this planet...and I forgot how much I miss her."
"Do you think we could find her?" Asked Jacen.
"I don't know." Luke answered.
"Commander Skywalker, are you there?" Said a voice from Jacen's commlink.
"This is Commander Skywalker, do you copy?" Jacen answered.
"This is Lieutenant Connix, the First Order is attacking us, we might need your help." Said Connix. Jacen looked at his father, as the Resistance is requesting him to return to base. Luke nods, signaling him to come back.
