Moxiety (Virgil and Patton) as requested by @coyfang10 who forced me to listen to the Hamilton soundtrack... Thank you Eliza...

"Come on! We're going to be late! Thomas, Lo and Roman are probably already there!" Patton clutched Virgil's hand tightly as he dragged the emo through the crowds. He couldn't believe that they had tickets to see Hamilton on Broadway and was amazed that they had good seats too. They finally got to their seats, greeted the other three, and settled in to watch the musical.

Virgil had heard the soundtrack beforehand and was trying not to sing and rap to the catchy tunes and beats. Logan, however had given up trying and was happily, and quietly, rapping along to 'My Shot'. On the arm of the chair, Virgil and Patton's fingers were still intertwined, playfully squeezing anytime a loud noise echoed from the stage. However, as the song ended, their hands pulled away to clap and cheer, not finding their way together again, Virgil's in his pocket and Patton's landing on his lap.

(MINOR SPOILER WARNING FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN HAMILTON)

'I may not live to see our glory'

"Alexander? There's a letter for you"

"It's from John Laurens. I'll read it later"

'But I will gladly join the fight'

"No. It's from his father"

(You know the next bit if you've seen it. If you haven't, sad stuff basically. I'm crying just writing this.)

Virgil looked over at Patton, seeing the light reflect off the tears that fell from the father's eyes. He then looked down at Patton's hand which had rested back on the arm of the chair, placing his own over it comfortingly. Patton turned to look at him, sniffing quietly but smiling sadly before turning back to the show.

He didn't let go during the show. He didn't let go after the show. He only let go when they bid eachother goodnight, retreating to their rooms with catchy songs stuck forever in their heads.
