Gentleman

Once Meliodas saw Elizabeth, he had eye contact with her, he gave her a nod and she returned it. "You good?" Meliodas asked as soon as he sat on his chair.

Meliodas expected a cold response, or no response at all. But Elizabeth responded with a smile, "Yeah, thanks."

Confused, he rose his brow. Elizabeth was suddenly in a good mood? What did the nurse give her to make her act this way? 

Those questions filled Meliodas' head, but after a short while, the teacher entered the room. So, classes continued on. 

After a while, Meliodas noticed that Elizabeth was moving her head a lot. Meliodas turned to her and rose his brow, "Hey, What's wrong?"

Elizabeth didn't answer, making Meliodas get closer to her face. "Hey."

Elizabeth realized how close Meliodas was. Elizabeth moved her head a bit, "Just hungry." Elizabeth mumbled. 

Meliodas remembered something and rummaged through his bag, "I have a chocolate bar." He took it out from his bag and offered it to Elizabeth.

"There's a teacher, Meliodas." Elizabeth replied, even though she badly wanted the chocolate bar. "I'll handle it, so take it."

Shoving the bar in her face, she took it. "Thanks."

Meliodas smiled at her, which made her confused about the gesture. But she didn't think of it much, she had food. 

Elizabeth slowly ate the bar of chocolate while Meliodas was on look out. Elizabeth giggled as she saw how Meliodas was handling it.

Meliodas would literally put up his text book in front of her as she ate. Meliodas noticed her giggle and chuckled lightly. 

Elizabeth was able to successfully eat her chocolate bar. "You good?" Meliodas asked, putting his book down. Elizabeth nodded with a small smile. 

Elizabeth was confused as to why Meliodas was being nice, since all week she's been nothing but cold and mean to him. Elizabeth thought that maybe Meliodas was trying to show her that he's changed.

That maybe he was sincere. 

The bell rang, and they had one more class before they were dismissed. A different teacher opened the door with nothing in hand, "Your teacher isn't around because of a meeting, you are all asked to go outside by Miss Jade."

Everyone stood up and and started to leave the room. As Elizabeth stood up, she nudged her notebook and it fell on the ground. As she was about to bend down to reach it, Meliodas spoke. 

"I'll get it, just go on out." Meliodas gave her a small smile, Elizabeth just rose her brow and nodded. She walked away and went to her friends and proceeded to go out. 

Ban and King waited for Meliodas, Ban smirking as they left the classroom together. Meliodas didn't notice, all he thought about was winning the challenge that Ban gave him. 

However, Ban watched everything that happened in the classroom. It highly amused him, seeing the two interacting was quite a show for him. 

As they got out, they were instructed to go to the gym. When everyone was there, Miss Jade was sitting on the stage.

"Ah, My advisory class." She smiled, everyone by now knew that there was something on the woman's mind.  

"Since your teacher is out for this period, I just seemed to be free. Since I love my class so much, let's play a game!" 

Everyone was silent, no one responded. "Don't worry! It won't be that physical." Miss Jade reassured her class, but after the previous things she's done, they weren't so sure.
