Chapter 11

My eyes where fixed on the black wooden door with a silver door knob that Shawn and Andrew had entered minutes ago I was nervous and I didn't know why

"Oh I don't know maybe because you could lose the contract!" I thought to myself

"Your really not helping" I said to myself

I then herd the door knob twist and the door opened to reveal an upset Shawn he closed the door behind him and walked out not even giving me a glance I sighed some how this feels like my fault I got up and grabbed my stuff and walked out I was greeted by the cold wind and the night sky I held a cab I got In and closed the door behind me all I could hear was the wind coming out of the AC and the radio I listened closely and it was Shawn's voice singing ""there's. Nothing holding me back""

"Can you please turn the radio up?" I asked the cab driver

He nodded and turned it up I was humming the melody and to it and mumbling the words

"She pulls me in enough to keep me guessing
But maybe I should stop and start confessing

Oh I've been shaking I love it when you go crazy you take all my inhibitions
Baby there's nothing holding be back"

I was interrupted by the cab driver

"That's gonna be 19.50$" he said

I grabbed my purse and gave him a twenty "keep the change" I told him he nodded in gratitude and I simply open the door and walked out a I was welcomed by the wind again I was walking up my pathway when I saw a dark silhouette on my door step we locked eyes and I clearly recognized them

"Shawn?" I asked

"Yeah.." He replied standing up and making his way to me

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"I didn't know where else to go" he said

"Melody is that you?" Another voice said

I looked past Shawn and I saw Tyler there he was playing with rocks?

"Hey ty" I said while picking him up

I pulled my house keys out and opened the door I climbed the stairs and tucked Tyler in his bed I was about to go out but Tyler stopped me

"Melody can you sing me to sleep?" He asked

I sighed "not tonight Ty I'm not in the mood.." I said

He pouted "why not Mel?" He asked

"Well I herd somethings and I might not be able to sing with Shawn anymore.." I said

His eyes where getting droopy "don't worry Mel it's gonna be ok.." He said before falling asleep

I chuckled at him "how can you be so sure.." I asked

I was walking back when I bumped into Shawn

"You know one of these days your gonna break my nose from bumping into me so much" I whispered

"Sorry.." He said and took a step back while I closed Tyler's door behind me he followed me to the living room I then sat down and Shawn sat beside me

"I'm sorry melody.." He said not looking at me

"It's fine Shawn how about we watch a movie?" I asked

He nodded but he still didn't look at me I grabbed his chin and turned his head towards me and pulled him in for a short magical kiss he pulled back after a while

"What was that for?" He asked

"I simply couldn't resist" I said he simply smiled

"Wanna watch Harry Potter?" He asked looking at me

"Yes of course just let me go and pop some popcorn!" I said while getting up and making my way to the kitchen

After the popcorn was popped I sat next to him and laid my head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat and the movie
