Chapter 8

I was laying on the bed when I herd my phone ring I pulled out of my pocket and saw the caller ID I quickly answered it

"Hey mom.." I said into the phone

"Hey-static-hon" replied my mom

"Mom I can't hear you that well" I said

"I-static-know-static-but me and your father-static-aren't coming home any-static-soon"she said

"What why?" I asked

"There's-Static-storm coming and they-static-closed planes" she said

"Do you know when you will be coming?" I asked

"Not any time-static-soon" she replied

"Oh well I love you mom"I said

"Me to-" the line then cut off

I sighed I rolled around to my side when I met a pair of brown eyes "hey" he said while smiling

"Why are you always jumping up on me?" I ask while smiling to

"I don't know maybe your just to adorable to stay away from" he said

"Please you don't even know me" I said

He then pulled me closer closing any space between us until our noses touched "but I want to"he said in a whisper that made chills send down my spine

I pulled away "Shawn we barely even know each other" I said "like you don't know my favorite color" I said

"Ok then what's your favorite color?" He asked

I rolled my eyes "that not how it works, but it's mint" I said

He smiled

I looked at him "what about yours?" I asked

He sighed and he put his hands behind his head for support "I really don't know I don't think I have one" he said

I then wiggled closer to him "what about favorite singer?" I asked

He chuckled "John Mayer" he said "and yours?" He asked

"This Canadian boy named Shawn Mendes" I said

He looks down at me and I looked up "seriously?" He said

"I'm really not kidding you really are I mean any girl would die to be in my position" I said

"What your favorite song?" He asked

"Hmmmm all of them" I said "and yours?" I asked

"Crazy by John Mayer" he said

I got up out of the bed and went toward the door "where are you going?" Shawn asked

"Let's go do something fun!" I said

"But where supposed to be working on our song" he said

"This will help trust me" I said while offering my hand

He then took it and I pulled him off the bed and onto the elevator "wait what about Tyler" he asked

"Oh I took him to Austin's a couple of minutes ago" I replied while pushing the elevator door

I looked at him "can we go to my house first I need to change and take a shower" I said while making a face

He laughed "you still look beautiful stinky or not"

I blushed

I pushed open the doors of my house and made sure to lock it behind me and I grabbed Shawn wrist and pulled him outside the door

"Do you trust me?" I asked

He hesitated "definitely" he said

I smiled I then held a cab we got in I told the cab driver where to take us

"Where are we going?" Shawn asked

I then zipped my lips "I'm not gonna say" I told him

"You know this is considered kiddnaping" he said

"Not if you didn't fight back" I said

"Ok sure" he said punching me playfully

"Your gonna have fun I promise I would totally help out the song" I said

He then intertwined his hand into mine I jumped a little

"No doubt that we will"he said

"Where here" said the cab driver

I then pulled open the door and pulled Shawn with me I saw his face it was a mixture of fear and happiness

"Tada!!" I said

He looked my way "I love it" he said
