CHAPTER 7 BEST FRIENDS FOREVER

Shit. I woke up in lukes bed. I looked at my phone 23 missed call from my mom and to see it was 8 am. I then turned to see luke sleeping peacefully I sat and watched him for a while then I decided I should get home before my mom kills me even more. I gatherd my things and kiss luke on the cheek being careful not to wake him. I head out the door and over to my house. I opened the door quietly to see my mom lying on the couch. she must have fallen asleep waiting for me. I shut the door and tried to get upstairs but I tripped and woke her.

"carter is that you?" she asked still half asleep.

"yes" I replied trying to sound innocent. 

then I got the full rath of her anger and worries. 

"where the hell have you been! I said 11 no later I almost phoned the police. I was worried sick. I stayed up all night waiting for you, you have a phone for a reason next time answer it! consider youself grounded no leaving the house apart from auditions." she spat and went up to her room.

grounded? this isnt like her and now ? its half term this week ugg this is soo not fair!

I texted luke

*to hemmo*
"hey :( cought by mom grounded over half term. thanks for last night. I love you lukey! xx"

I didnt get a reply but he was probably still asleep.

I decided to text blake jack and ethan i felt like I hadnt seen them in forever. I missed them.

*To thecoolcrue*
"hi biatchs not seen you all in ages. come to mine for movie day! ??"

I got a reply instantly

*from jackolantern*
"dude we saw you on friday. and yep im comming ill bring white chicks see you soon"

*from ashtonsgirl*
"hey gurly woop woop BFF day ill bring munchies. missed you too girly"

*from ethanmonster*
"hells yea be over soon. yea car we saw you on friday but good to know you still love us."

I laughed at all of them. truth was no matter what these guys were gonna be with me forever. we grew up together and have been best friends since. yea we had our arguments but in the end we couldnt go a day without talking or seeing each other.

I decided to go for a quick shower. I shoved my hair in a messy bun and chucked on some joggies and the tee that luke gave me. I went down stair grabbed some pillows and blankets and threw them in my room making it all cosy.

I then herd a knock at the door I opend it to find blake ethan and jack standing with their hands full of dvds and munchies. I gestured them in and we ran up the stairs. Blake put in white chicks and we started to watch it. when it got to the car scene me and blake jumped on my bed and started to sing and dance

making my way down town walking fast faces pass and im home bound

jack and ethan joined in and we all burst out into fits of laughter. 

we sat back down and continued to watch the movie when my mom walked in.

"excuse me your grounded why are they here!" she said more than a little angry.

"well you never said I couldn't have people round you just said I couldn't leave the house. which i havnt soo" I said back loudly.

she just sighed and walked out.

when we had watched 4 movies it was now about 6 so we orderd pizza and talked about random stuff. I told them they could stay since we had no school tomorrow and they all did a happy dance.

After chatting for ages the boys fell asleep leaving me and blake to gossip about everything.

"hows you a luke. you really like him hu?"

she said with a grin on her face.

I smiled " we are great he knows how to make me laugh and I love that. I love him." I didn't mean to say that.

"awww carter love luke, carter loves luke" blake sang we we ended up laughing.

"hows you and ashman" I asked returning the question.

"great. Im serious about this one car he isnt like the others you know." she said quietly.

after a while blake fell asleep and left me thinking about anything and everything.

I was about to sleep when I got a text.

*from hemmo*
" hi gorgeous sorry I was in the studio couldnt reply. aww babe im sorry I shouldnt have made you stay ill make it up to you ;)xx"

I blushed when he called me gorgeous.

*to hemmo*
"not your fault mom over reacted I mean I was only across the street. I wanted to stay I loved waking up next to you. Im going to bed I love you lucas! xxx"

my phone buzzed almost instantly

*from hemmo*
maybe one day we can wake up to eachother all the time! okay babe I will see you tomorrow im taking you for lunch. I love you too carter! xx"

I smiled put and my phone down . I look at my 3 best friends all asleep and thought how lucky I was to have them. we would be best friends forever. Then I thought how lucky I was to have luke in my life and with that I driffed off to sleep.

LUKES P.O.V

I had been in the studio all day. after we were done recording our manager called us in for a meeting. we all sat down around the table and waited to be told why we were here.

"so boys this album is comming out soon and you know its an important one. so once your done recording your going on tour for 2 years! isnt that great" adam said joyfully.

"HELL YEA" we all shouted. but then I realised thats 2 years without carter. two years without the love of my life.

"when does this tour start?" I asked concerned.

"in a year. thats time to finish the album and pack stuff up. you guys are gonna be huge" he replied like this was the best thing ever.

and it was but I had to leave carter.

we all walked home the boys were all super excited. and I was to but I couldnt hide my disappointment.

"oh come on luke you and her are stong. you'll get through it. you have a year make it one she wont forget." calum said patting my back.

I sighed and walked up to my room. I took out my phone and saw a text from carter. how was I meant to tell her. I told her I was taking her for lunch tomorrow. if I was leaving I was going to give her a year she wouldn't forget. 

I lay down staring at the ceiling thinking of my beautiful girl and how much it was going to hurt leaving her. I slowly driffed to sleep as a single tear fell down my cheek.
