"I can only remember parts, but, I thought I was dead. That's what it felt like. I saw us, all of us together back in the cistern, but we were older. Like, our parents' ages." Beverly sat as she told everyone about how she felt when she was floating.
"W-Wha-What were we doing there?" Bill asked. "I just remember how we felt. How scared we were. I don't think I can ever forget that." She said. Bill looked down and saw a broken piece of a coca-cola glass. He picked it up. He stood from his spot.
"Swear it. Swear if It isn't dead, if It ever comes back, we come back to." Bill said. You stood up. Everyone else stood up after. Bill looked around at everyone. He sliced open the palm of his hand. He did the same to Richie, Eddie, Mike, Stan, Ben, and then Beverly. Everyone winced in pain after they were cut. He stopped at you. He grabbed your wrist and turned it over. He sliced open your palm and you didn't move at all. He grabbed your freshly cut hand with his. Everyone else joined hands. You stood there for not moving for a little bit and then your hands dropped.
"I gotta go. I hate you." Stan said while looking at Bill. Bill looked down and then Stanley smiled, which made everyone else smile. "I'll see you later."
Stan walked off. Eddie hugged Richie and then Eddie left. Beverly waved and went back home. She had to pack her bags to go to her aunts since her father was gone. Mike and Ben left at the same time.
"I'll race you to the house, Y/n!" Richie called out. "I'll give you a 3-minute headstart." You said. "Alright, well I'll see you around, Bill!" He yelled while running off to the house. You chuckled. Bill turned to you. "Well, that was a summer I won't ever forget." You said while laughing. Bill smiled. "I won't forget the amazing people I was with either." You said. Bill nodded. You grabbed his hand and reached up to kiss his nose. "I'll see you around, Billy." You started walking off. He watched you walk away. He hesitated but he ran up to you and spun you around. He put his arms around you and kissed you. You put your hands on his cheeks and kissed him back. You deepened the kiss by wrapping your arms around his neck. "Well goodbye to you too." You chuckled and walked off.
