Chapter 22: An Ending to Remember!

Dominick's POV

Ryders rolled up to us in his wheel chair as the Predator aimed its shoulder blaster at us ensuring we wouldn't move. [Rodger]"Ryders. What is this?" [Ryders]"Well. You guys ruined the Carlson lab here, ALL our Xenomorph are free. The colony is doomed..... Anyway?" he then started laughing. [Carla]"Rodger, what does he mean?" [Rodger]" Carlson's plan B if the Xenomorph escaped was to nuke the colony." My mom started breathing really fast in worry.

[Ryders]"Carlson should be here any minute now to fire you I'm sure, but me and my friend here have some plans for you. Right Bad blood?" I turned to see Predator crossing its arms.... looking at Ryders, it was shaking its head but went back to aiming at us. [Rodger]"Ryders, Let us leave!" [Ryders]"No, Ryders cannot let you go. You all have seen way too much! Where's all your "Xenomorph Friends" anyway?"

My Dad looked at me hoping I could answer that question. I probed the hive mind to see if help was on the way..... Oh yeah, Sapling is bringing some friends to deal with this. I Smiled and nodded. [Rodger]"Well, Seems Dominick couldn't get help." I smiled at my Dad's clever thinking.

[Ryders]"Too bad. Because let's face it, nothing can defeat a Praetorian Xeno." He pulled out a syringe. [Rodger]"Uh oh." [Xylia]"We can't run either!" I looked at Xylia. [Dominick]"I have an idea, I have my phone, I can call our friends." Xylia expresses a happy feeling of approval.

I got out my phone and started texting Larson.

"Larson, we need another distraction for the predator!"

"Right, I'll do that. Give me a moment."

In front of us, Ryders injected himself with whatever kind of garbage was in that syringe. He indeed turned into a Praetorian Xenomorph in front of our eyes. [Ryders]"Ready to be killed?"

My Parents didn't hear him but me and Xylia giggled because I don't think he realized they can't hear him. [Dominick]"They can't understand Xenomorph talk you dolt!" [Ryders]"How dare you mock me! But either way, can you tell them what I said?" [Dominick]"Uh, no?" He angrily looked at me then began running at us when a Queen Xenomorph jumped at him and sent him flying across the airstrip. [Hannah]"I have my father, just get out of here!"

[Rodger]"Is that the Queen!" [Dominick]"No? That's Hannah, Ryders' daughter." [Rodger]"Oh... I tried to forget about her." We turned around to see predator aiming his spear at us. When a huge spark blast hit the back of its head causing its helmet to go haywire. It threw the helmet off and turned around. There was Larson with some sort of Remote,

Larson pressed a button on the remote causing a weird spark ball to go flying towards the Predator. It dodged the spark ball, but the spark kept following him and eventually hit him in the face knocking the Predator out from all those sparks.

We ran towards Larson. [Rodger]"How did you make that?" Larson laughed. [Larson]"Well I made it to shoot Spark balls. Ever heard of ball lightning? It's basically a ball of electrical sparks that travels towards the highest electrical object in the area. An alien with futuristic tech seems like something that would attract a spark ball." [Carla]"You're such the inventor." [Larson]"I believe it's called.... Nerdy powers." We laughed. [Dominick]"Anyway... escape?"

We all got onto the ship, as the door closed I saw Hannah holding back her Crazy Dad. Ironic considering he is now probably gonna be a Xeno for the rest of his life.

My Mom took control of the spaceship and attempted to get us out of there, but an electric blast hit the side of the ship rendering it useless, the ship started plummeting downwards. [Carla]"NO!" [Jerry]"We're gonna die." [Owen]"Hold onto something!" [Plymouth]"I can't believe this is how I die." [Jenny]"AHHHHHH!!!"
