Chapter 21: Down goes the Town!

Xylia's POV

The stairs where long, I was sure getting tired but we finally got up to the main floor.

[Dominick]"Few, We finally got up." [Jenny]"So now what! I'm seriously fearing for my life!" [Owen]"Don't worry. Me, Plymouth and Kevin can deal with anyone." [Dominick]"No, that's me and Xylia who is under command of the Xenomorphs in here." [Zen]"You bet!"

Out of nowhere Zen just popped out. [Owen]"Whoa, you scared me, who are you?" [Zen]"I'm Zen. Head of defense of the hive. You have a Chestburster inside you? How old is she?" Owen looked at us. [Owen]"Plymouth is about 25 years old.... I'm 44 I think. I was 18 when I got impregnated." Dominick and Jenny looked at each other with complete shock. Out of Jealousy I pulled Dominick closer. [Dominick]"How do you deal with that!" Owen laughed. [Owen]"Nah, all the trouble came in the first week."

[Xylia]"So, how does Plymouth feel about this?" [Plymouth]"Why not ask me?" [Xylia]"I am." [Plymouth]"We are working together to work it out. I'm fine! Two peas in a pod." [Owen]"And yet we couldn't escape why?" [Conceal]"Let's go guys!" [Dominick]"Can we get off this silent stare at each other game, Jenny is confused!" [Jenny]"Yeah." [Zen]"I'm loving that that human can't hear us."

[Xylia]"Hey Dominick, wanna take a breather on my back?" Dominick smiled at me. [Dominick]"Sure." Dominick walked up to me, he started rubbing my back then climbed on. He started hugging me and rested his head on my back. [Dominick]"Let's go."

We walked from the stairwell to the main lobby which was trashed. [Zen]"Ease now. I can assist some of you out to That Van. I'm assuming that you and Dominick will look for His family?" I nodded in Dominick's stead, as he was asleep on my back so I had to be careful and walk on all fours to keep him steady.

[Owen]"I'm looking forward to leaving this God forsaken place! I haven't been outside in years! Just kidding, they have an outdoor pen they let me go in every so often. Find that cure for Hannah and Kevin please. We'll meet you outside... coming Jenny?" Jenny looked at Dominick on my back. [Jenny]"Yeah, as long as I don't get killed!"

Zen, Conceal, Jenny, Kevin and Owen went out to the Van. [Xylia]"I guess it's just you and me mate." Dominick kissed the back of my neck as a response. I went off to find the way upstairs.... realizing the way up was at the stairwell. We passed several Xenomorph but they didn't cause us any problems.

We went upstairs and tracked down Rodger's office. That's when we met up with my "In-laws".... Something I read about. [Rodger]"Xylia!? Where's Dominick?" I poked Dominick to wake him. [Dominick]"What? Oh hey dad." Dominick hopped of my back and ran up to greet his father, Edith and James. [Edith]"Hey Dominick! You have grown up. After hearing that our capture was tied into something you did, well... I laughed." [Dominick]"I see you got married since last I saw you, and having a child."

I watched the family reunion. I pondered. Then the laughing, happy.... and always talking about the Baby... I though a bit more. Male and Female = Child. I started fantasizing of having a child of my own with Dominick, I'd be a perfect mother. In that moment I felt something weird in the back of my head. I passed it off as nothing and went to join Dominick.

[Dominick]"Right, this is my Girlfriend. Xylia!" I hugged him from the back to show the love. [Edith]"Dad told me he met her just after I left to drive around? Nice to meet you Xylia." [Dominick]"Yeah, she was in my room when you came home. After you left was when Gareth came and that's when Mom and Dad found Xylia." [Edith]"That's crazy, I just missed you." I smiled. Clearly Edith and James were scared of me.

[James]"So, can we leave? I was kidnapped by an Alien, and now I'm seeing the weirdest thing of my life." [Dominick]"Yes, Dad, what about the cure? For being a Xenomorph?" Rodger Reached into his desk. He gave Dominick a pack of 5. [Dominick]"Thanks." Everyone started to head for the door, but I tapped on Rodger's shoulder. Dominick, James and Edith left.

[Rodger]"What?" I grabbed a piece paper and wrote something on it. Rodger took the note when I was done writing on it. Rodger Began to read it. [Rodger]"Let's see..... Do you have the stuff that makes you a Xenomorph handy?" Rodger looked at me confused. I took my pencil and quickly wrote down "Dominick" on the paper. Rodger sighed. [Rodger]"Oh. You want Dominick to be a Xenomorph don't you?" I nodded.

[Rodger]"I suppose I saw this coming...." He looked in both directions to make sure nobody was looking. He handed me a syringe. [Rodger]"Make sure he wants this before you go sticking this in his arm!" I grabbed the Syringe, accepted his answer. More or less his blessing to be with Dominick.

Dominick walked in. [Dominick]"Hey guys. Aren't we going?" Rodger smiled and walked towards him making sure to hide the paper. [Rodger]"Of course, let's go."

Dominick's POV

We left the building. [Rodger]"There's the Van, we need to race back to the Space Docks!" The five of us ran for the van. [Dominick]"What about the Signal for the Queen?" we approached the van. [Zen]"Dominick. I can tell her." Zen popped out from behind the Van. [Xylia]"Signal, check! Now, leaving?" We opened the van and me and Xylia climbed in next to Jenny and Larson. [Larson]"Hey! You made it. And I have no clue where the Predator is anymore, but it is distracted though." We made a high five. Conceal, Owen and Kevin was also in the van.

My dad got in the driver seat and took off. Apparently Zen stayed behind to help out with the takeover. [Kevin]"Do you have the cure?" Me and Xylia looked back towards him, I smiled and pulled a syringe out of my pocket. Owen grabbed for it and inspected it. [Owen]"I believe you have the honors Kevin." [Kevin]"I need clothes. If it works I'll be naked as a baboon's butt!"

[Owen]"Mr. Whitman, we need clothes for Kevin." [Rodger]"In the trunk!" [Owen]"The trunk! Vans don't have trunks!" [Rodger]"Not a trunk! A trunk.... a chest?" Owen sighed at his embarrassing moment. Everyone giggled a bit. [Owen]"Here you go fine sir." [Kevin]"Ok, can you provide me some room to change? Literally in both senses?"

Owen climbed up front next to us, he took off his shirt and put it up as a curtain. Everyone looked at him with a weird look..... You could see his skin stretched from Plymouth. [Owen]"Don't look at it, and it won't exist."

I shrugged and looked out the window. [Jenny]"So Larson. What will you do when we leave?" [Larson]"Not sure.... My Mom needs some help back at her book store, I can use my nerdiness for good use there." [Jenny]"That's great." they started laughing.

Xylia grabbed onto me and shifted me onto her lap and rested her head of me, which wasn't so bad if Drool wasn't getting in my hair. I didn't necessarily mind it, just sticky sometimes.

We pulled up to My Mom's ship several minutes later. The ride over here would have gone faster if I didn't hear Kevin screaming in the back of the van from turning back into a human.

Kevin took down the curtain fully Human and clothed. [Kevin]"Look at me guys!" [Owen]"Now that's the friend I remember."

We got out, we all ran to the ship. Luckily Mom along with Mary and Jerry was there to greet us. Owen and Kevin rushed in immediately. Conceal went straight back to the Hive. I myself joined my Sister and Parents in a huge hug, then James and Xylia joined it...... You could tell my mom was uneasy about it. [Carla]"All back together!" [Rodger]"Yes!" [Edith]"Babe, we need a selfie of this moment." We all joined in.... even my friends joined in. [Jerry]"Yeah, now let's go guys." [Mary]"but we just got back in the story!"

We all pushed on towards the ship Jenny, Larson, Jerry and Mary ran ahead onto the ship. My Sister and James followed. When me and my parents tried getting on a huge blast happened causing us to fall back onto the ground. Out of the smoke came the predator. [Xylia]"Oh no.... It's him!"

Me, Xylia and my Parents were stranded from everyone else.

[Ryders]"You people think turning some lights off will make me disappear? Oh please." ....We were surrounded!

[Dominick]"What do we do?".........
