After signing for three hours, Ladybug and Cat Noir finally got to take their break.
"Want to go get something to eat? It's noon now so we could grab some lunch." Cat Noir offered.
"Most stores around are closed though... Wait, I have an idea. You stay here and I'll be back in ten minutes." Ladybug said.
"What? Why?" Cat Noir asked.
But Ladybug had already swung on her yoyo down the street.
She arrived at her parents' bakery and house.
She walked inside and grabbed some sandwiches and croissants and went back to the park.
Cat Noir sat on a bench.
"I'm back, Kitty!" Ladybug called, landing in front of him.
"Wow! That smells great! Where did you get it?" Cat Noir asked.
"A cute little bakery up the street. It's great." She said, handing Cat Noir a sandwich and a croissant.
"Thanks."
After a moment, Ladybug's attention was pulled to something flashing in the sky. She slowly rose up.
"Ladybug? What are you looking at?" Cat Noir asked.
Ladybug narrowed her eyes. Suddenly she gasped.
"H-Hawkmoth!" Ladybug grabbed her yoyo.
Cat Noir leapt up and grabbed Ladybug's arm.
"Hey! Let go we must catch him!!" Ladybug protested.
"I don't see anything Ladybug. Where?" Cat Noir pressed.
"There! On top of Mayor Borgoise's Hotel!" Ladybug said fretfully, pointing to it.
Cat Noir stepped forward to look.
"Hate to break it to you, M'Lady, but that's an air vent." He chuckled.
Ladybug gasped and suddenly it turned into an air vent.
"W-What?! It just changed back to an air vent! I saw it! I did!" Ladybug argued.
Cat Noir sat back down and took a bite of his sandwich.
"Did you sleep okay, Bugaboo? Hit your head this morning?" Cat Noir chuckled.
"B-But... Alright, maybe I'm just hungry." Ladybug sat down.
She stared at the Hotel Roof.
Hmm... What was that?
