Alya was walking over to Marinette's house.
Today they were hanging out while Marinette's parents were at a baking convention.
Alya opened the door.
"Hey, Girl! I'm here!" Alya called.
She heard footsteps upstairs. Alya waited for her to come down.
Marinette walked downstairs.
"Here Marinette! I- YOU'RE NOT MARINETTE!" Alya squeaked as Ladybug walked over.
Ladybug smiled weakly.
"Ladybug? Why are you in Marinette's house? Is she okay? Is there an akumatized victim?!" Alya asked.
Alya narrowed her eyes to see Ladybug shaking.
"Ladybug! Are you okay?! You're shaking!" Alya gasped.
"I'm fine, Alya. I... I must tell you something. First, sit please." Ladybug gestured to the couch.
"O-Okay...?" Alya sat down with the Spotted Superhero.
"Do I remind you of anybody you know?" Ladybug asked.
Alya studied her face.
"Not really, no."
"Not any girls in your school?" Ladybug pressed.
"No..." Alya trailed.
"Not even... Your b-best friend...?" Ladybug asked.
Alya stood up quickly.
"Ladybug, what is going on?! Where is Marinette?!" Alya demanded nervously.
Ladybug pulled Alya back down.
"Alya. Before I do this... Please don't let this change anything. I'm still the same. Okay? Promise me nothing will change." Ladybug said.
"Uh... Okay?" Alya murmured.
Ladybug took a deep breath.
"Tikki... Spots off."
