Weeks after the battle between Kol and his new vampires Donna stomach grew and grew with her new baby.

Stefan kissed her stomach " How are you feeling?" Donna smiled as she leans her head against her hand " I'm feeling good the baby like to move around alot but I'm okay" Stefan laughed " well at least we know this baby is gonna be healthy and energetic"

" I'm so tired"

Donna sighs. Stefan sits behind her "Lay back and rest. You and the baby need it" she lays back and drifts asleep. Damon and Elena walk in smiling at them. Elena runs into the kitchen and gets a cold cloth and comes back placing it on Donna's chest

" This will keep her body temp normal and will make her sleep peacefully and comfortably"

Stefan smiles " thanks" Damon smirks " she looks like she is ready to pop.." Stefan shakes his head " the spell makes the pregnancy go faster you know this Damon" Damon rolls his eyes " I know this but I was just saying she looks ready to pop.."

Donna wakes up gasping from a pain in her stomachs Stefan looks down at her shorts and sees them soaked in the middle " Damon you just had to say something!" Damon's eyes widen " I didn't think her water would actually break!" Elena went in front of Donna as she started to breath heavily

" that's it Donna breath. Stefan get the medical bag. Damon go get the others they are at the grill"

They both left quickly. Elena rubbed Donna's arms "Its gonna be okay Donna" Donna nods her head as she feels the contracts getting bigger.

~ At The Grill~

Everyone was sitting in a booth having fun. Jeremy held Athena close to him kissing her cheek " I missed you while you were away". Caroline smiled at the happy couple. She looks over and see Damon running over to them

" Damon what's wrong?"

He smiles brightly " Donna is having the baby lets go!" Everybody ran out to their cars and raced back to the house.

~ back at the Boarding house~

" Come on baby keep pushing "

Stefan sat there encouraging her as he delivered their baby. Elena held onto Donna's hands as she kept pushing. The others ran in. Athena was breathing heavily " Are we late?" Elena shook her head " no honey but I need you and the others to get more warm water and blankets now" everybody scattered to get the things that were needed.

Caroline went over to Elena and sat behind Donna as well grabbing one of her hands " I'm here honey you are doing great" Donna cried and screamed as she kept pushing.

Elena smiled and then heard a heart beat coming from Caroline's stomach " oh my god Caroline are you..." Caroline smiled " we will talk about it after Donna's little miracle is born"

" Okay here is the warm water"

Tyler sat the bowl in front of Stefan and stood back. Bonnie ran over to the girls hopping behind Donna with a pillow placing it on her back " now all three of us are here honeybunch" Donna was still breathing heavily " the alm..igh..ty four" the girls laughed.

" Okay baby one last push"

Stefan encouraged her one last time. Donna nodded and pushed as hard as she could. " Ahhh... " Stefan smiles big " its a girl!" the girls hugged Donna.

" Caroline help me"

Stefan stood up an walked over to a table. Caroline help him clean up the baby and wrap her in a blanket. Caroline walked over to Donna placing the baby in her arms " Here you go mama" Donna cried happy tears.

Athena walked over "She is beautiful mama" Athena sat down next to her. the others smiled happily as they all welcomed her into their big family.

Donna smiled at Stefan. he kissed her forehead. Donna looked at Caroline " okay Ms.thing when were you gonna tell us that you used the spell and your pregnant?!" Everybody gasped.

" Well you see that's the thing when Bonnie dropped the veil and was able to keep it open forever. I started seeing someone" Caroline bite her lip. Donna looked at her confusingly "Who?"
