Ae Sook's POV

The door burst open just in time.

"Stop!" Taehyung's voice came out.

My hands immediately flew to my sides while Namjoon frowned as his hands left my waist.

"Stop" he repeated, his voice a little weaker this time.

"Please. I'm sorry. I really am. But please, I am begging you" he said as he looked at me.

"Please don't, just don't..." It feels like he's going to say something but he stops.

I continue staring at him wide eyed.

"T-Taehyung? Are you... Fine?" I asked him as I took a cautious step towards him.

"Oh he's totally fine! Really!" Hye Su popped up from behind him.

"Hye Su. Go away. Actually, I'll go. I need some fresh air" he said and his dejected frame turned and walked out the room.

"V!" She was going to run behind him when Ah Reum stepped in front of Hye Su's tiny body.

"I don't think he wants to talk to you right now" she said. She looked at me and poi ted in the direction of the door.

You didn't need to tell me twice.

I ran out the door and saw Taehyung's tall body slowly walking out the back door to the porch.

I sprinted down the stair a and in the direction of the door.

I flung open the door and went out, the cold immediately hitting me.

I turned behind slowly and closed the door as I saw Taehyung sitting down the steps.

I slid beside him and onto the wooden plank.

"Why did you follow me and leave poor Namjoon up there?" He said is an exhausted voice.

"I'm asking myself that too" I answered with a sigh as I felt his gaze averting to look at me.

"Well, why did you scream stop?" I asked him as I turned to face him.

It was very quiet other than the light thumping of the music playing inside the house.

"I... I really don't know" he sighed as he looked back ahead.

"Well, whatever it was, it was good timing."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, how do I explain this?"

I thought for a while.

"I wasn't feeling it, you know? The feeling you get when you're about to lose your first kiss"

"You haven't had your first kiss?!" He asks, clearly surprised.

"I didn't find any boys cute enough" I shrugged.

He chuckled and I couldn't help the small smile that grew on my face. Hearing him laugh brings flutters to my stomach and makes my heart warm. He's been so serious and angry all night it was unnerving, and now seeing him relax and laugh makes me comfortable again. Safe.

"Anyway, my question was why did you stop us? You have to have had a reason to come barging into our 'seven minutes in heaven' right?"

"I don't think I can say it" he says after minutes of silence.

"I can't push you to say anything" I sigh.

We sit in silence for a few minutes.

My annoyance finally gets to me and I get up from the step and stand in front of him with my hands on my hips.
