Chp 30
Brandon's Pov
I pulled Callie down the stairs as fast as I could. I had the note gripped so tight in my hand my knuckles where turning white. I was overjoyed that I had gotten into Juliard but I knew that in the back of my mind that I was gonna have to leave Callie.
I was snapped out of my thoughts when Callie tugged more at my arm. "Come on! Come on!" she said pulling my arm now more as she drags me down there stairs.
When we got downstairs we both rushed into the living room. Marianna, Jesus and Jude were all in the living room watching a movie. "Come on! Family meeting now!" I said as I walked over to the tv and turned the movie off, while Callie walked over to the couch and picked Jude up by the waist.
"Come on!" I repeated as Callie, Jude and I walked into the kitchen where mom and Lena were. "Okay, okay we are coming!" Marianna yelled as she and Jesus filed into the room.
"What is so important?" Lena yelled
"Everyone sit down" I demanded as I took Callie's hand again and we stood in front of the family.
I held up the letter. "I got into Juliard!" I say and everyone starts cheering!
"Oh my god Brandon thats amazing!" Mom (Stef) said and she came up to hug me.
"Great job B" Marianna squealed
"Thanks everyone!" I say and we all join in a family group hug. "Hey can I have your room when we leave?" Jesus says and everyone laughs even me. "You can't get rid of me that easily you know" I say
"Well, when do they want you up there?" Mom (Stef) asks
"End of August." I say and I see all there happy faces fade away. "What?! But that means we only have two more weeks together!" Jude whines and grabs onto my shirt for a hug. "Hey, Its okay bud it will go by real fast I promise" I say and Jude lets go of me.
I then look up and see Callie walking out of the house. I can see the tears drop down her face and I know she's upset. "Callie!" I yell as she runs out the door.
"Callie" I yell again as I walk out the door. "Callie! Come on baby please talk to me!" I say as I begin to catch up to her.
"Really?! Really Brandon two weeks! Two! Just two weeks and your off on your own and I won't know when I will get to see you again! You will be living your dream off in New York and…."
she stops for a second a breaths will more tears fall down her cheeks. She then continues "I will be stuck here and I know Im being selfish but Brandon, I don't know what Im gonna do without you!" She says and continues t cry.
"Hey, no, no, no baby. Please shhhh. Its okay I promise you okay. We are gonna figure it out together. Im never gonna leave you, I'm right here. I love you so much."
She then pulls away from the hug.
"Brandon, I want you to be happy and I want you to live your dream in New York. I will be fine i'm sorry about that whole meltdown just a second ago." she says still sniffling and chocking back tears.
"Look, I am gonna be happy wherever you are, and for now thats right here in my arms. I say and pull her back into the hug.
"I love you so much Brandon, so so much" I nod into her shoulder
"I love you too"
Authors Note: Hey Everyone I KNOW IT HAS BEEN FOREVER SINCE I LAST UPDATED.... But I got finished with the musical I was just in and I have much more time now.
