Chp 16
Callie's Pov
I wake up in Brandon's arms.
I soon see he is awake and staring into my eyes. I turn my head upward so I am looking at him and say "Morning."
"Good Morning beautiful" he says smiling. This makes me smile and I kiss him on the cheek. "I love you." I say "I love you too" he says back. I then kiss him again but on the lips this time but I quickly pull away. He frowns. I sigh and say "I better get going before moms walk in and freak out." "Five more minutes?" He asks obviously annoyed. "No I have to get up! And so do you!" I say back "Ugh fine!" He whines.
So I get up and head to my/Marianna's room. Once I get in there I grab a pair of Jeans and an old sweatshirt. Once I'm done putting those on I head to the bathroom.
Once I'm in the bathroom I take the hairbrush from off the counter and brush through my tangled hair. I put it up in a messy pony tail and head downstairs.
"Morning Sweetie." I hear Stef say as I walk into the kitchen, "Morning Stef." I say back and walk over to the fridge and take out the Orange Juice.
As I turn around I run into someone I look up and see a smiling Brandon. "Morning Cal" he says looking deep into my eyes. "Morning" I say back, I kiss his cheek and grab two glasses, One for me and one for Brandon.
I poor the Orange Juice wi'll B puts a bagel in the toaster. After a couple minutes the bagel pops up from the toaster and Brandon goes to the fridge to get the cream cheese.
This is when everyone started to pile into the kitchen.
"Morning everyone" Marianna says with a yawn. "Yeah good morning guys!" Jude says with a smile. "Good morning bud!" I say as I walk over to Jude and give him a hug. I pull away from the hug and walk back over to Brandon. He hands me a plate with a bagel and cream cheese spread all over the top. I smile at him and lean in to kiss his cheek. He smiles back and comes to sit down next to me.
Everyone continues to eat breakfast when Jesus comes down. "Why didn't you wake me up!?" He says scrambling to get his breakfast. Stef chuckles "That's what alarm clocks are for son" Stef says. Jesus rolls his eyes and continues to get ready for school.
"Marianna, Jesus meet me in the car, Brandon I assume your taking Callie with you?" Lena asks. Brandon nods and says "Come on Cal we don't want to be late."
I nod, grab my backpack and follow B to his car.
It's silent on the way to school. Not an awkward silence but a nice comfortable silence. We eventually pull into the school and I tense up. I think Brandon noticed because he grabs my hand. "Cal what's wrong?"
"Brandon I'm scared, I don't want to face all these people again." I say and look down at the ground. He places his palm on the side of my face and makes it so I'm looking at him. "I'm gonna be with you all day okay? I won't let anybody say anything. Okay?" I just nod and give him a long slow kiss. We eventually pull away and get out of the car. Afterwards we walk to class hand in hand.
