Chapter Twentyseven: Emptieness

Your POV

I woke up started with a scream. I covered my mouth. "H- Huh?"I hear Kaname stutter behind me. Hikari bursts out laughing. "S- Shut up!"I pout.
"Bad dream?"Kaname asked rubbing his eyes. I nod with a hum. He opens his arms with a warm smile. I flop back into them. "Y- You still like, Chisaki?"A tear streamed down my cheek. "Where did that come from?"He wondered.

"We're home!"My brother stopped the car at our house. "Shoot I forgot to drop you two off by the sea."

"It's okay, we can walk."Hikari gets out of the car and stretches. Now Kaname and I are the only ones in the car. "I- I had a dream where you confessed your feeling to-"

He cut me off with a sudden kiss. Quick and simple peck. I blinked surprise. "I told you, your the one I love."

Thats when the door swung open. "Come on you love birds." My brother interrupts us. We both groan and take off our seatbelts. I was too lazy to walk out. I reach my arms to Kaname. He chuckles and picks me up bridal style. A rush of heat flows as I grip his shirt. "Tired?"He asked. I shook my head a no, "Lazy."I pout.

"God you two!"Hikari rolls his eyes and kicks a rock, "So annoying!"

"Y- Your just jealous!"I say in depfet. "Whatever!"He groans annoyed. "Come on, Kaname lets go home."

Kaname places me down on the ground. I look up still gripping his shirt. "I have to go now. See you tomorrow?"He smiles tilting his head. So cute! I nod sadly. "Don't give me that look."He cups my cheeks. "I- I'm scared of my parents. What if they yell?"

"Come on, Kaname! It's getting late!"Hikari hollers. Kaname gasps, "What if I stayed a bit and helped you with your parents?"

"WHAT?"Hikari screams dragging himself over.
"What about your parents, Kaname?"Hikari places his hand on his arm. Kaname looks over, "I'll see them later. I wanna help, Y/n."

"Fine!"Hikari snagged. He turns around and scratches his head. "You love birds have fun. Tomorrow we see, Monica okay?"
"Yeah, Yeah..."Kaname answers.

Oh, Monica.... precious sweet Monica. I wonder how she's doing? How she's feeling? These thoughts after that dream I had. I felt, as if she was calling out to me. "Lets go."Kaname took my hand.

I took a deep breath and opens the door. "Y/n!"I herd my mom call my name. "M- Mom!"I cry hugging her letting go of Kaname's hand.
"Where Have you been?"She yells shaking me.
"I- we ran away. I'm sorry!"I bow.

"What make you think you can do such thing, Y/n L/n!"She yells at her daughter. It was almost like I can feel her feelings. Scared, afraid. "I came up with the idea. We went to your grandmothers house in the city. I'm so sorry!"I plead, "Don't be mad at, Y/n, be mad at me!"I shout. "No shouting!"
Says the one who yelled. I nod. "I trusted you with my daughter and you do this. Have me worried sick for a day! I don't think you deserve, Y/n at all."

My eyes widen. I gasp, "A- Any other punishment but that please!"I beg getting on the floor. "Please I love your daughter! I need her it's just that we've been feeling ignored so we ran away please!"I beg. My body is shaking. I'm scared now too. I don't want to lose the one thing I care about. I love her so much I'll follow her anywhere! Her beautiful h/c hair blown by in the wind. The way her eyes sparkle when she's happy. Us holding hands. Hugging her... kissing her! All gone? No! NO! I don't accept this! "K- Kaname... mom please!"
No response. "You must know how it feels to love someone mom! Please don't take, Kaname away from me! Without him I wouldn't of had friends! Please mom! What if someone took dad away! Huh? How would you feel?"She shouts.

"YOUR FATHER HAS NOTHING TO DEAL WITH THIS!"She yelled. I get up and defended
Y/n . "Don't yell at her dam it."My eyes begin to flow. Streaming like a river. Sadness. All hope is lost. Everything. Everything is gone. "I'm never going to leave her."

Those six months we got to know each other. I saw something in her that Chisaki didn't. Emptiness. If I leave her now her heart would go back to the way it was. She needs love, she needs me! Or something bad would happen to her.
