we arrived at the church faster than i thought, he then lead me to the long line which is probably the line where all bridesmaid and groomsmen were. we walked there with linking arms, and i was probably mesmerized by it."hyerin," he then said in a soft voice, making me bolt up. "hm, you're cute." i heard him mumbled then blushed, but then asked him what was wrong. "nothing, you're just blank and i was worried."
"oh, was i? eheh, sorry." i chuckled awkwardly, making me smack myself inside.
"what are you even sorry for?" he chuckled while patting his nose, making him cuter. "anyways how are you going home tonight?" i was baffled for a minute but then shrugged it off, thinking that he was only opening a conversation.
"uhh, i'll commute."
"with that dress?"
"er, no-- i have spare clothes here, dont worry."
"don't you want me to drive you home?"
"i'll be okay, thank you." i blushed then tried to hide it, just as i have wanted, the bell rang already, signalling the start of the wedding.
one by one, all of the ones that were infront of us walked in. until i realized that we were the last one. we walked in, then suddenly, time was really slow.
every step we take, i was fiddling with the ribbon tied in the flower i was holding. i saw somin then glared at her, then my eyes dart back at the aisle, with somin's mother and father smiling at me. i smiled back at them, holding my tears then unintentionally pinched wonshik's arm.
"oh my gosh, sorry." i whispered at him, but he just nodded and smiled.
we parted ways then i suddenly felt empty, making my way beside somin.
"so how was it?" somin clung unto my arm, making me fuss to release since the priest started talking. "its okay, we can talk like this!"
"but we can talk later, come on, somin, its your parents' wedding!"
"hmph, fine." she slumped to her seat then listened to the priest.
it was time for the kiss, but right when they were about to, somin covered my eyes.
i tried to budge to release in her grip, but then when it was done, she removed it.
"what was that for?!" i half shouted and whispered, but she just smiled widely.
"for not telling me what happened."

i told her that nothing much happened and that we just talked, nothing more.
"nothing? like no kisses or hugs, just clinging of arms and talk? what the even hyerin! you didn't make your move!" she pinched my cheeks with anger. i rubbed my cheeks, thinking that my make up has been smudged already.
"yeah, nothing more. now let me go to the washroom and wash my make up off and change clothes because its late already."
"you're going home already? everyone's still here, even wonshik." she frowned, then i turned to take a look at wonshik.
i sighed and nodded, "i need to go home early, somin, sorry."
she finally nodded after making excuses, then i went to the washroom. when i got out of the cubicle, i took a look at myself at the mirror, admiring my clothes.
i then got out of the washroom, but just at the turn, i bumped into someone so bulk and tall that i thought my nose was flat already. i scrunched my face and looked up to the tall man infront of me, making me blush after i did so.
"sorry, wonshik." i bowed a bit, making him chuckle.
"you know what, i can't even count how many times you've said sorry to me already when you haven't done anything wrong." he smiled and ruffled my hair, making me shiver with his touch. "you're leaving already?" i nodded and smiled.
"thank you for today, for the ride and for accompanying me. i appreciate it so much." i smiled then patted him at the side, leaving him with a smile.
i went to our table once again and looked at somin who has been having a very big smile ever since i was walking from the washroom.
"i saw it."
"saw what?"
"you."
"er, and, so?"
"and wonshik!" she almost yelled out but i covered her mouth to avoid people looking at us.
"stop, somin. im going already, send my family's regards to both of your parents, and congratulations to them, and to you."
"okay," she sighed, "stay safe and take care!"
i nodded and got out of the hall.
i decided to walk to my house, since the air was refreshing and i wanted to walk.
until then, i didn't know it was a bad idea-- after i've passed the bus stop 10 minutes ago.
