I Think We Broke The Hat

Ron said that the train ride would last about five hours, that would really upset my ADHD. I started to fidget with my sword Riptide but obviously it was in pen form.

"Why do you keep a pen in your pocket?" Harry asked "why do you keep moving it's like you can't sit still?"

"We all have ADHD." Annabeth said

"What's that?" Ron asked obviously very confused

"Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, a disorder where you can't sit still you always have to be moving, so you can tell this will be a very long train ride for us." Annabeth explained 

"Oh I feel sorry for you guys. I just like to relax on long rides." Ron said while he kicked back and relaxed.

"Is there like a training area anywhere on the train." Thalia asked

"Nah probably not or Fred and George would be all over that, we aren't allowed to use magic outside of school, I'm not sure if the train counts as school, probably not." Ron said

"Who are Fred and George?" Nico asked

"My older brothers." Ron said "Their pranksters, love to pull pranks and jokes." When we finally got off the train we heard someone yell.

"FIRST YEAR'S OVER HERE!" I reached for Riptide out of habit and Annabeth Nico and Thalia all reached for their weapons as well. Then I realised that it wasn't a normal giant it was Hagrid.

"Hi Hagrid." Harry said cheerfully

"Hey Harry, Percy, Annabeth, Nico, Thalia hello." Hagrid replied cheerfully but in a conserned voice when he said us demigods names. "Now you four should probably get on the boat's because you need to be sorted." Hagrid said then went back to yelling. "FIRST YEARS OVER HERE IN THE BOATS!"

"Finally my home turf." I said happy to be in the water

"Well that looks like my home turf." Nico said as he pointed at the giant castle in front of us. It looked like Hades castle but bigger. "I can sense that there are spirits in there, ancient spirits that died thousands of years ago but somehow managed to escape the underworld and not be recaptured." I shivered when Nico said that, not because I was cold but because there would be spirits there all year. Famous ghosts known for escaping the underworld. I hated the underworld so much that I wish I could just blow the place up. It was scary how much the castle looked like Hades and the fact that there were ghosts as well wasn't settling well with me. Nico seemed furious.

"Nico you need to calm down, you are starting to turn into the shadows. It will look weird if someone on our boat just dissapears." Thalia said

"You're right I'm sorry." Nico said

"No need to apolagize just be carefull." I said trying to make him feel better, but I don't think it worked. As soon as we stepped foot on land I could fell something was off. There was a dark presence here, not any ghost but something much worse.

"Do you feel that? Something is off about this place." Thalia said

"Your right something doesn't feel right like there is a dark presence here." I said, everyone nodded confirming my suspition.

"Come on guys we are gonna get sorted soon, I am so exited!" Harry said as he came up to us.

"Ya sure lets go." I said while looking around seeing if I could see anything off. When we got inside it was better than the cold dark outside but something still felt off. A very tall and slim woman in green walked up to us and us like we were an experiment gone wrong.
