Chapter Six - No contact

3rd's POV

Desert City, library

''We lost contact with them Dash Knight'' Ultimate noted and walked next to his brother. ''Honestly?'' He questioned annoyed with his hands behind his back. ''Yes. I don't know what happened'' Ultimate responded and walked out of the library.

''Talk to the communication officer, now'' The god ordered clearly and Ultimate nodded. He flew away from the city and shook his head in annoyance. He landed in the silver city communication building entrance. ''Hyper Knight!'' He yelled as he stood in the yard of the tall building. ''Yes?'' He responded and opened the slide doors. ''I need you to tell me why don't we have any contact with the three that left'' Ultimate informed and Hyper Knight nodded as he left in the building. The god came in with him and looked at the well organized place, by the knight's style.

''Woah, this is nice'' He said as he noticed the super computer. ''Yes, you can talk to her until I finish something, she knows everything'' Hyper said and started working with a computer quickly.

''Hello Ultimate Knight, how can I help you?'' The computer spoke kindly and made few whirling sounds. ''Do you know about the DC-W9M Communication Device?'' The god asks and the computer whirls again. ''Yes, the one furthest from here is broken and under the hand of Valgerd'' She explained and whirled multiple times. ''Hyper Knight, it is stolen'' Ultimate said and the knight turned to him. ''Is it?'' He asked curiously and walks to the computer.

She started to make weird buzzing and rumbling sounds. ''Ultimate, there is something wrong'' Hyper Knight spoke as he walked to the computer. ''D-S37O Avalanche!'' Hyper Knight yelled and the computer rumbled through many errors written on the screen. ''Oh damn'' He muttered and opened the panel under the super computer. He cut few wires and the computer was off. ''We must let nothing get in her, if it does, all the power in the city is gone'' Hyper Knight said and the god nodded in acknowledgement as they both exited the building.

Ultimate flew back to Desert City and landed near Dash Knight. ''All the power is gone in Silver City, is everything okay?'' He asked and Ultimate shook his head. ''The super computer has been somehow hacked, I had to turn it off in case of any further risk'' Hyper Knight said and Dash Knight frowned. ''Turn her on'' He ordered and Hyper Knight frowned. ''No'' He spoke and Dash Knight shot him a glance. ''Listen to me! I kept that computer for years and now a god orders me 'turn her on' well no way!'' He yelled angrily and Dash Knight raised his brow in surprise.

''Fine then, I am aware I will do it myself'' The god said and Hyper Knight growled. He clenched his fist and some white smoke gathered around it. He punched the god's face and he fainted. ''It will keep him asleep for 20 hours'' Hyper said and Ultimate nodded as they both flew away.

Meanwhile at dungeons

Extreme was calm in his cell. The stony floor was drenched in his own blood. He saw a cell with animal before him which he did not notice before. ''Hello there, maybe we could make some company, hmh?'' Extreme Knight questioned and the beast growled. ''I am sure you don't think so'' Extreme breathed out and stood up with few pain groans. The animal had spiked back, long muzzle with long fangs and sharp ears. It was green and black with six legs.

Extreme Knight looked at it carefully and looked around him. He found a piece of meat and took it. He threw it to the beast's cage. It sniffed the meat and then scoffed it greedily. It looked at Extreme Knight and made ear piercing sounds. Extreme raised his brow and blue light passed over his body. It looked upgraded. He had a transparent purple eye mask and rougher body with elbow blades.

He smirked and pulled the blades in. The animal stopped making the sound. Extreme Knight shone in the purple light that wasn't allowing his body to be seen. The light disappeared and he had a form of a big purple dire wolf with glistening amethyst eyes. The animals made the sound again and he roared loudly, shutting the animal.

He lied in the cell and then transformed back in the mech form. He found his self laying in the blood-drenched floor. He shook his hands that were dipped in the blood and stood up.

The animal bowed in the cage as Extreme smirked slightly. He leaned on the wall and blinked slowly. He did not know what was going on in the city and didn't care to be honest.

He sat in the corner of the cell and stretched his one leg and the other one he closed to his chest. He groaned as he pressed his neck. The blood was left on his finger tips. He leaned his head backwards and wore the same cold expression as most of times.

In the communication building, Silver City

Hyper Knight and Ultimate were trying to fix the super computer. ''Turn it on again'' Ultimate said and Hyper Knight connected the wires, turning the super computer on. She had errors written over her screen and was making rumbling sounds like a broken bass. ''Damn you Avalanche'' Hyper Knight yelled and slammed the panel. ''Easy'' Ultimate calmed him and Hyper Knight sighed deeply. ''I know where to find a anti-hack key'' Ultimate said and Hyper Knight threw him a glance, ''Really?''. ''Yes, follow me'' The god said and flew away with the knight following close behind.

The two landed on a nice place with a lot of fresh grass, not far behind the rural part of Silver City. There was a garden.  A messy patch of grass was bordered by a sundry of flower bushes. A lone, broad tree stood near the back, its branches formed an almost protective roof of the garden. The flowers and plants were growing without boundaries, there's not even a single weed in sight; they're like a cloud of color. The flower bushes reached 2.8 meters, but they have the potential to grow far bigger.

Archways overgrown with flowers were scattered throughout the garden, leading people through the garden, and making sure all the best spots are marked. Grass work together almost harmoniously to claim more land for themselves.

The tree, a black oak, stood there for over a century, and brings life and offers home to life in so many ways, it's no wonder what was the pride and joy of the creator of this garden. The flowers and plants definitely tried to claim their share of the glory, and the flower bushes were hard to miss, but the limelight will forever be on the tree.

Ultimate sighed and Hyper Knight looked at him. ''In here?'' He asked and the god nodded. ''It was buried here centuries ago'' Ultimate said and Hyper Knight nodded as he started to look around.
