Chapter 16 - Mystery (Part 2)

''Morning lads'' Hyper Knight was woke up by the rough and playful voice. He looked straight and saw Dash Knight. He kicked Lunar Knight's leg and he woke up. ''Dash Knight?'' He spoke in questioning tone. ''I am fine, what are you doing here?'' He asked and them two stood up. ''We were waiting for you to wake up, you were hurt'' Hyper Knight said and smiled slightly. ''I know'' He responded simply. ''So, something stole the summoner of the Random Teleporter, we have to retrieve it today'' Lunar Knight spoke and walked next to Dash Knight. He exited the medical room and walked through the white hallways.

''Work on that, I will be in the castle'' Dash Knight said and left quickly, leaving Hyper Knight and Lunar Knight alone. They shrugged and walked out of the building. The morning sun was hot, dew was caught on some plants and the sky was clear.  Lunar Knight lowered his head and blinked slowly as he was blinded by the new light. Hyper Knight took a sensor device and then it beeped. ''It's close'' He informed in quick voice. They heard snake hissing. The two of them turned around quickly and saw the creature on the building. It jumped down and tackled Lunar Knight to the ground. He groaned in surprise and the creature bit him slightly. Hyper Knight made few quick strides to him and kicked the creature off. It rolled across the sand, raising some dust.

It quickly got on it's legs and extended his head, hissing. Hyper Knight saw the summoner of the teleport, yet he didn't want the creature to know. ''Now!'' He yelled and Lunar Knight snapped his fingers, forming darkness all around. The black smoke appeared around the creature. It wasn't moving anywhere, yet the two Knights didn't see what happened inside.

After few minutes the smoke has disappeared. Hyper looked that way and saw the motionless creature on the sand. Lunar Knight saw the summoner and approached it. Dash Knight flew next to Hyper Knight. ''Lunar K-'' Dash Knight yelled out, but was stopped as the Knight screamed in pain. He collapsed to his knees as something rounded his wrist. ''Lunar Knight!!!!'' Dash Knight yelled deeply and ran to him. ''D-dash K-night'' The only words he managed to say before dropping the summoner from his limp hand. His eyes were misty red, losing color of life. ''Lunar Knight'' Dash Knight whispered, but he just stayed motionless on the ground. There was a tiny black serpent around his wrist. It hissed and moved it's tiny head. ''Dash Knight'' It whispered in husky and shriek tone. Hyper Knight didn't dare come any closer, not knowing what would happen by his motion.

''Let him go'' Dash Knight spoke sternly and frowned as he looked at the limp body of his friend. ''The summoner is more dangerous than you think, I will kill him and take it away!'' The creature hissed and then bore it's tiny, yet powerful, fangs in the Knight's wrist. He was awake. Awake and he could feel the pain spreading through his all body. ''Please'' He pleaded in weak tone and groan in more pain. ''Let him go!!!!'' Dash Knight repeated angrily and then the creature hissed, stopping the bite. He whispered something in a foreign language and then the chains appeared around Dash Knight's wrists. It pulled him to his knees and then the chains dug through the sand. He groaned and tried to get the chains off.

The creature laughed slightly and then bit the Knight's wrist again. He let out a scream in pain and then panted heavily. He couldn't move anymore. He felt exhausted. Hyper Knight quickly flew away. He made it to the God's Castle. He entered and nearly hit Ultimate Knight. ''What the hell is wrong with you?'' He questioned in angry tone. ''Dash Knight has been chained to the sand and Lunar Knight is being attacked by some kind of serpent, evil and tiny one. It came out after he touched the summoner'' Hyper Knight spoke and panted. Ultimate Knight knew what he meant.

He stormed out of the castle with Hyper Knight following. ''That serpent serves the Lord Of The Darkness, I know the person who holds the power to destroy it'' The god spoke and Hyper Knight looked at him. Ultimate walked back in the castle and walked to one metal decorated trunk that was at the corner left from the door. He unlocked it with a hand gesture and then looked inside. He saw a short staff. It was red and was decorated with a big red stone held between two sharp lines on the top. He grabbed it and abandoned the castle.

At the dungeons

Extreme moved his head as he hear the doors of the dungeon open quickly. He heard them slam against the wall. He stood up and groaned. The blood dripped off his aching body as he walked to the door of the cell. He saw Ultimate Knight and Hyper Knight. He made a questioning look. Ultimate Knight grabbed a chain that was hanging outside on the wall. He unlocked the cell and then yanked Extreme's arm, making him groan slightly. He saw the staff in the god's hand. It was the power taker. ''You won't use that on me will you?'' He questioned in shaky tone. Ultimate gave no response and led him to the punishment room. ''Wait outside the dungeons'' He ordered and Hyper Knight nodded, walking out.

He turned the lights on and closed the door. He took a metal wristband that had a ring on it and attached it to Extreme Knight's wrist. It clicked closed, there was no way he could get it off. He attached the chain to it and did the same to his other arm. His chest was turned to the god. He pinned the chains to the wall, letting his hands hang above him. ''My best friend is dying, and you are just a pathetic slave'' Ultimate responded on the question before and Extreme Knight frowned, knowing what those words meant.

The god pointed the staff to his chest and held it tightly. The stone started to glow brightly as there was something red connection the Knight's chest and the staff. ''No'' Extreme Knight whispered. His power would review for some time, he would be weak. He groaned in pain as he felt the energy and power being taken away from him. Ultimate Knight drained him enough and then pulled the staff away, the stone was glowing brightly purple. He detached the chain from the wall, letting Extreme Knight stumble on the floor. Ultimate walked out carelessly and locked the doors. Extreme Knight crawled to the corner, he winced and felt so weak.

His eyes closed slowly and he groaned. He was feeling week, drained, hurt, and heart-broken. What else would he need?
