Thunder, at that moment in time, all he heard in his ear was thunder. Upon his head, the crack in his skull was revealed. It had been dripping with blood since the first blow was struck upon him. He stood there, a limp was easily seen even under his heavy armour. Stood merely a few feet away, the green cloaked hero who came by the side of Zelda to defeat the Dark Lord. Zelda herself was swiftly dealing with the army of his men. He growled towards the silent hero. Link lifted his sword, Ganon raised his clawed fists. A fight was soon to end, and feeling the defeat rise upon him, he was not going to go down without a fight. Roaring, he charged to the Hylian, unaware this'd be his last attack. Link dodged his attack and used his shield to bring it down upon his head, splitting his wounds open more. He hissed in pain and fell down. He blacked out, feeling his life slip away, however, his soul was destined to live on.
He awoke, yet not to open his eyes. His head too full of pain too comprehend the situation. After a while he dosed off, this time to a peaceful slumber. When he awoke fully rested, he opened his eyes to see a yellow light. He tried moving to find himself bundled something soft. He stirred, which alerted another being, she walked over to him and lifted his now tiny form. The once great Lord, now but a bae. The Gerudo held him high as she walked around the corner to others her kind, they cheered as she yelled,
"Our king has been born!" She cheered. As the other Gerudo woman smiled at the newborn, he only laid confused and dazed, he had memories but only of emotions, anger and regret was all he knew, he hadn't felt any others yet, however when the woman hugged him tight, he felt a warm yet, nice feeling. The young lord felt..... happy.
Years later...
"M'lord?" I Gerudo servant asked as she looked around in the bedroom, she only saw dusty sheets and furniture stroon about the room with nothing but moonlight lighting it all, but what she heard was a different story. As she crept, a muffled giggle broke the still air. She paused, as she knew it was from under the bed, as she walked slowly to the small yet comfy bed, before she could look under it, a small figure raced out! She chased it down the stairs and to the first floor.
"Gotch'ya!" She yelled as she held him in her arms, he squirmed and squealed as the tiny Gerudo was in her grasp,
"Now now young lord, you can't be playing hide and seek at this time of night." She explained, "What are you two doing?" The servant winced as she heard two voices shriek. The witch sisters floated down the stairs to the scene,
"He is supposed,"
"To be in bed." They said finishing each other's sentences. They gave deadly glares towards the servant,
"I-I'm sorry, I'll put him to bed right away."
"But I'm not tired." He pouted,
"Shush Ganondorf, when you have ruled Hyrule,"
"Then and only then may you speak your mind." They said crossing their arms. The small red headed Gerudo pointed his gaze down in shame, the servant proceeded to take him back upstairs for bed. Once upstairs she tucked him in, the night was hot, but the bed was cool, as soon as he got in he yawned and rubbed his eyes.
"Goodnight, Lord Ganondorf."
"M-miss?"
"Yes M'Lord?"
"C-can I have a story?"
"Now young Lord, you're far too old for such silliness. Now have a good slumber, trainings tomorrow morning." She said with a smile as she walked out the door, leaving Ganondorf to a dreamless slumber.
