Ganondorf stood before the king of Hyrule, his wife sat next to him. The boy bowed before them, a sign of his allegiance being pledged to them.

For 10 years the boy stood for the kingdom, for 10 years he aged into a man. The solemn guard of Hyrule, he was known far and wide, the loyal guard of the recently born, Princess Zelda. However by the age of 5, Zelda had suspected the Guard of being a threat, she told everybody far and wide, but no one would believe her, not when Ganondorf had risked his life several times to protect the nation, however all along he was simply figuring out how the army fought, and he sent news of this to the army that awaited a ruler back at home.

Ganondorf took his place besides the king and child, as the King heard from his people in need. The now 27 year old guards eyes grew wide when an oddly familiar face walked in. The E/C eyes that stood against her Y/S like face. The young woman was wearing a sleeveless button up with pants and a F/C sarong tied around her waist. Her toned arms held a bag that hung by her left shoulder. The confident look was all she needed to get by the guards. When she stopped before the king Ganondorf's mouth was slacked at the now.... attractive Y/S that stood before the three. He tried keeping his gaze on her face once he caught himself looking her all over.

"Good day, My King." She spoke with a firm and loud voice as to be heard. "I've nothing but an offered gift to give to the royalty that is, Princess Zelda." Her voice held a tone of a stall owner trying to sell his goods to the crowd. She opened the bag to reveal a rare bird, it's almost glittering blue feathers hung from Y/Ns hand. Zelda looked in shock, the birds body hung poorly from the grip.

'So she's a hunter now.' Ganondorf thought in his head looking at the blue creature. Y/N smirked as she moved closer to the child, Zelda backed up slightly not wanting the sight of the dead bird near her. She leaned before the princess as to ask of her to take the bird, but Zelda had shielded her eyes, the king was just about to put an end to it, before the birds head popped up and tweeted happily. The king sat back down and sighed, the Princess uncovering her sight and looking at the thankfully alive bird. Y/N chuckled sheepishly.

"Trained him meself M'lady." She said smiling.

'Still a trickster' Ganondorf smiled to himself. Zelda had taken the bird in her own hands as it tweeted happily to her.

"You're gift has been excepted." The king smiled happily. Y/N did a slight bow and left, but she spoke over her shoulder.

"Have a lovely day your highnesses." She smiled looking at the Guard "You to Ganondorf." He felt his face heat up at the mention of his name.

'She remembers me?' For the rest of the day he was left thinking to himself about it. When the sun had set and the royalties had retired to their beds, Zelda holding her new pet, Ganondorf took a relaxing stroll through the town. He walked until he saw a figure with a F/C sarong. Ganondorf Stood in awe seeing her here, he swiftly made his way over to the young lady who had helped him so many years ago. It wasn't long until he was right behind her and he realised he had no idea what to say. He opened his mouth to speak but no words came out. Y/N had turned around and looked up at the man now taller than her by a fair amount, the first thing she did, was smile at him.
