Feelings? For Daniel Seavey? I always did... and guess he did too.
What still shocked me is that the search for Aleea... well, me is still going on. I still can't believe I look THAT different to the whole Seavey family. I am still the same person... but my hair. My slimmer appearance... I guess I do look different.
I woke up the next morning to be no longer on Daniel side, but to be laying on the couch with a blanket and pillow. Soon Daniel spotted me awake and offered me a bowl of cereal. I accepted and spoke with Daniel for a bit. I apologized for falling asleep on his shoulder, but he denied any of my apologies and said that it was completely fine and that if he didn't like it then he wouldn't have put a blanket on me and forced my head onto his shoulder. Soon I left their apartment after the small breakfast of just cereal. I just spent the rest of the day going out and buying furniture and stuff.
I even made an encounter with a Why Don't We fan since she recognized me from the whole Twitter search thing. We took a picture together and exchanged goodbyes... well that was a first.
I came back home and I had to wait about an hour until a delivery truck comes and gives me my furniture that I am like kinda desperate for... ha.
The doorbell rang and I had a relief that the delivery people finally came... but nope. Daniel was standing on the other side.
"Oh hey... wasn't expecting your appearance," I told him.
"You would've gotten an alert if you gave me your phone number while you were over."
I laughed and moved out of the doorway so he could come in.
"Here." Said, Daniel, as he handed me his phone and then I handed him mine. I made my contact name...
"Aleea 💫"
And when I got my phone back I checked the name Daniel put for himself... well "Daniel 😍" had to do.
I gave him a smile as he saw that I noticed the name he put.
"It's uh very empty in here." Said, Daniel, as he looked around and his voice echoed through the apartment.
"Yep... only a bed, nightstand, and bar stools."
"Don't forget the fridge." Said, Daniel, as he pointed at the stainless steel fridge to the side of us.
"Oh... how could I forget the fridge!" I Said sarcastically.
Daniel giggled "I am actually waiting for my furniture to come... any moment now." I added and then the doorbell rang again.
"Must be them." Said, Daniel, as I walked towards the door and yes, it was the delivery guys with boxes down the hallway.
"Hey guys," I said as they greeted me back and began loading all the boxes into my living room and Daniel and I helped to get the couch piece by piece.
"Now that was tiring!" Said, Daniel, as he flopped onto the couch with plastic wrapping still wrapped around it.
"I know... now get off and let's reveal this beautiful couch!" I Said as I gently pulled him up. Daniel groaned and got off.
We removed the wrapping to reveal a beautiful white, modern sectional sofa.
"Woah... that looks comfy!" Said, Daniel, as he instantly sat on it. Now, this is when I am going to get concerned that this couch is going to get dirty quickly.
I sat down on the other side of the couch, "is this memory foam?!" Asked Daniel shocked and he moved around.
"Ya... the first layer is memory foam," I told him and he laid down.
"I can stay here for days." He let out.
"Go ahead. I wouldn't mind your company." I said before walking to the next box to unpack.
I felt Daniel's eyes glue onto me. I knew he was staring. I pulled out a white, fluffy rug.
"Well... you wanna help to put the carpet under the couch?" I turned around and he was already looking at me.
"Sure." He Said surprisingly not tired sounding anymore.
Daniel helped me unpack a bunch of other stuff and then I told him that he didn't have to stay to help me anymore, but he refused and continued to stay at my apartment until dinner came along and we finally finished.
"Honestly... I love it." Said, Daniel, as he admired the well decorated urban home filled with whites, light colored wood, and plants.
"Thanks... it reminds me of home a bit you know? Actually, you don't know, but my family decorated our entire house like this back in Vancouver.
"Vancouver? I am from Vancouver." Said, Daniel.
"I know... your sister told me," I told him with a smile.
"You remind me of my best friend a lot! You guys have the same style... similar voice... same beautiful green eyes-"
I cut him off, "my eyes? Beautiful? No. Your blue eyes are irresistible." I told him as we admired each other's eyes... for a while.
"So..." I Said under my breath.
"Sorry... I got lost in your eyes." Said, Daniel.
"Oh my gosh, shut up," I told him.
"Sorry! Sorry! I couldn't resist." He Said.
"Daniel, you're making me blush," I told him.
"Dinner?" Asked Daniel.
"Huh?"
"Wanna go out for dinner?"
"Sure... where and what?" I asked.
"Santa Monica and sushi." Said, Daniel.
"Hmm, sounds good."
And it was REALLY good. Sitting in a sushi restaurant with Daniel and the beautiful sunset upon us. I missed him... he misses me too, but not... me.
"I am stuffed!" I Said as I sat back in my seat.
"Same... why does sushi make me feel so full so quickly when I just want another bite cause it's so good," Daniel complained.
"Someone understands my situation!" I said shocked. Daniel just giggled and we ended up getting a to-go box for the rest.
"Thanks for dinner," I told Daniel as we stopped at my apartment door.
"You're welcome... anytime." He told me with his adorable smile.
Gosh... I missed that smile.
"I guess I missed yours too." Said, Daniel.
"Huh? Oh, shoot... did I say that out loud?" I asked as I slapped my palm into my forehead.
"Ya... don't worry about it. I will smile whenever you want me too." Said, Daniel, as he smiled again. I smiled back, but I feel like I almost blew my identity. But why am I hiding it? Why can't I confess it already? Oh because I am stuck in a situation where if I tell him that I am the girl he is looking for, then he going to wonder why I have been lying to him.
Either way, he's going to find out and he will know that I lied to him the whole time...
