"Twilight"

The light was calling
Behind a curtain
Of mountains and clouds
Chased
By blackness stretching across the sky from the east
The light yielding yet impetuous
Casting a sliver of rebellious hues
Pink, Orange and Lavender
And so I found you
Lingering in the night
Your skin drawing in
The dimming rays of twilight
Your eyes beacons of what is to come
Your body elusive, yet accented and alluring
Drawing me into the dark
...your soul burning into my heart
