You are losing your grip on me
Although your talons dig deep
Into my back
I shall writhe in my agony
And shake you loose
And even as my strength wanes
I can feel your grasp loosen
High above the earth we soar
Hunter and prey
As you suspend me above fate
Gripping me with death
One last gasp
One last twist of my resolution
Something snaps and gives
I roll onto my back
Staring up at your silhouette
As the wind rushes past my ears
The earth closing in
