Wolf Love

Chapter 8

I was shocked to see him. As I stood there, I was thinking about my old life and it came back to me. I was thinking, 'Was this a sign? Was I supposed to go into this cave and retrieve my memories or was I supposed to go back? I'm so confused.'

"Well, are you going to say something?" Ben asked.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I thought you would be a little more happy to see me. What are you doing way down here?" Ben asked.

"I would be more excited," He said.

"Well I'm thrilled apparently! How did you find me? Is anyone else looking for me? Were you following me? Are you okay? Did you meet Adrian? Did he hurt you? And-"

"I'm fine. I was not following you I was hunting. There is a short-cut to this place. Also-"

"Wait short-cut. Ash. Ben, me and Ash need to go somewhere for a while."

"Of course," he said. He had a bit of fear in his eyes, and as well as amusement.

So Ash followed me, in the cave. He was confused, but didn't say a word. We reached what I thought was the end of the cave. However I kept going. I didn't want to stop; I felt like I needed to keep going. Then I touched the wall and I went completely through.

What I saw was amazing. There were crystals along the walls; I noticed that was what was lighting the room up. There was a little beam of sunlight that hit one of the crystals. It was a brilliant light blue. It lit the crystal making the others light up as well. I felt home.

Then I saw the wolves in the middle. They stood up when I did. One of them started to come towards me. I was frightened of course. I was walking backwards. Then I bumped into Ash. He gave me a look that comforted me. I knew I was going to be alright. The wolf continued to step forward slowly. I stepped forward. Then her nose touched my forehead and there was a big light. When she took her nose off me something happened.

It was a bright light. Then I started remembering. I was remembering everything. My life, my real life. It was all coming back. There were some that didn't want to come yet, but I tried to force them. That's when I passed out.
