I was almost in the cave. The contractions were getting closer together, and they were lasting longer. I didn't know what to do other than keep walking/limping to the end of the cave. I knew something wasn't right, but I had to keep going. Then he appeared. Adrian, but it was the Adrian I knew and hated. The beast Adrian.
"You have got to be kidding me," he said."Even in another life you manage to leave me."
"I remembered the whole time. How long did it take you to remember? I know it wasn't the whole time because you were actually more handsome when you didn't know," I said, with a bit of humor in my voice in the last bit.
He roared and tried to charge at me, but I was able to dodge his attack. Then he got his rapier out. The hilt was gold with black leather. It was the sword I gave him for our three year anniversary.
"I think that sword is a bit old. Especially since it has no meaning to anyone anymore," I said. I was trying to get him mad because I knew if he was mad, he couldn't concentrate.
He did get really mad. He charged at me with his sword, and yet again I was able to dodge it. Then something happened. Another contraction. It was strong this time. Adrian was coming near me when a glowing light appeared. Adrian stopped to cover his eyes since the light was so bright. I did the same things as well, then I saw something in the light. It was a sword. More specifically my sword. This was my mother's sword before she died. It was a black katana. The hilt was silver with black leather. I grabbed it and the light disappeared.
It took a few seconds, but Adrian got his footing again. He charged with his sword, but I blocked it with mine. The familiar sound of metal against metal made me smile. I knew this was how everything went down. Then another contraction came up. It wasn't that bad, so I kept fighting. Nothing happened for a while. Then two guys came in the cave and helped me with Adrian. It was Ben and Ash. After a few minutes of fighting we knocked Adrian out.
"Why did you help me?" I asked.
"Because we remember," said Ben.
I immediately went to Ben and hugged him. Then I looked at Ash for a few seconds. I let go of Ben and went to Ash. I hugged him. Then when we let go of each other, we kissed. When we stopped, I heard the heartbreaking sound of metal going into flesh. I looked and I saw that Adrian had killed Ben. Again.
"Well if you remember everything then you remember me stabbing him the first time," he said with amusement in his voice.
This time didn't hurt so much because he knew that I was really in love with Ash. It still hurt though. Adrian thought it would get to me like it did the first time, but it didn't. When he saw that it didn't, his smile faded away. He tried to attack, but I blocked him again. Ash attacked, but Adrian was ready for him. He made me fall back and threw Ash across the cave, and knocked him out. I tried to get my footing back, but before I could I had another contraction and Adrian threw a hard blow to knocked my sword out of my hands.
Then another bright light appeared and knocked Adrian back and he was knocked out. Then I saw a fairy. Not just any fairy, it was the fairy that got me into this mess in the first place.
"Why did you do this? I can't live like this. This isn't the life I want," I said.
"Then why did you wish it?" She asked.
"Because I was mad. I didn't mean it," I said.
"Well I can change it back, but you messed with time. There will be changes to everything. Also like this life you will be the only one to remember," she said.
"I don't care of the consequences. Get me my life back before-" another strong, yet quick, contraction that drained my energy and I landed on the floor. "Before this baby comes out of me."
"As you wish," she said.
Then that weird feeling happened again. A feeling as if I was falling. Then I blacked out again.
