Namjoon was at his spot, Guarding the King's room until Jungkook wakes up. It was part of his job to guard the Royal hall, the King and the crown room. The security here was tight but it had to be done, no one wanted a criminal to run in and take the royal treasures or even assassinate Jungkook.

While Namjoon was standing by the wall with his arms by his side, he had on a blue dress shirt, black classy pants with blue stripes falling along the sides, and classic black shoes. Along with his dress shirt, he had on a darker shade of blue for his coat. These were of course the colors of uniform each and every staff used if they worked in the castle.

By the time Jungkook walked out of the room, he glanced back at Namjoon to see him at his spot. "Thank you for standing there all night... Please get some rest." Jungkook insisted as Namjoon nodded and thanked Jungkook for allowing him to get his rest. Jungkook was very caring towards his workers and wanted to make them happy while they worked here. He never treated one differently, all equally.

As soon as Jungkook walked off with his formal King attire of a black and white suit with little hints of floral designs and always ruffles on the cuffs of his hands, he always kept his golden crown above his head. The crown would always be polished every night so the next day it'll look it's best.

Namjoon was finally moving away from that spot. It was a long night and he was finally heading to the guard dorms to count sheep. Along his way there, he stumble upon Seokjin pushing a cart of books to the library room.

"Goodmorning, Jin!" Namjoon waved as Seokjin let out a huff from dragging all of the books in his cart.

"Goodmorning, Namjoon!" Jim managed to greet the younger Guard while the cart got stuck on the doorway.

"Let me help." Namjoon suggested as he walked over to Jin and pushed the cart in through the library's narrow door.

"Thank you, Namjoon." Seokjin thanked as he stretched his arm in a circulation. "Ugh, such a tough morning, pushing that cart around..."

"Why were you dragging all of your books around the castle?" Namjoon asked as he set the cart where Jin pointed.

"I had to go to Adviser Yang and ask if these books were good enough to let him read... But he says topics like these won't interest him." Seokjin sighed as he went to sit behind his big desk filled with paper and books. This library room was just like a place he can spend time alone, and far from others when he wants to be alone. "But of course, Adviser Yang was no where to be found so I had to run around the castle with that and look for him myself! But I found him in the courtyard, nearly losing my glasses just to find the man!"

"Why didn't you ask the guards for help."

"I can't bother them while they are in their guarding spots." Jin added as he took off his glasses to rub his eyes. "Namjoon, you look so sleepy... Please get some rest."

"Yes I know, I was just going to help you first." Namjoon claimed as he stood up. "It only seems like we never have time to hang out because we both are too busy."

"Yes.. I know we are busy but maybe this is how it's supposed to be." Jin added as he walked over to his cart and grabbed a few history books so he can set them away.

Namjoon followed along Seokjin as he wanted to help out the older man more. "I want to help.. I can get a five minute sleep and then come back to help yo-"

"No it's fine, you need your sleep and I won't interfere with that. So get some rest, you've been working all night for it." Jin walked with the books in his hands as he set them into seperate bookcases.

"But I'd rather help you instead!" Namjoon continued wanting to help Jin on this.

"Ah, nice try, get some sleep." Jin replied as Namjoon let out a sigh. "You can't overwork yourself."

The younger then looked to see a red couch in the reading area and walked over to it so he can lay down and sleep. "Then I'll sleep here." Namjoon insisted. "We can still be in the same room if either of us are busy. While you organize your books, I'll be here doing what you told me to do.. I'll be sleeping here." Namjoon stated with a smile as Jim let out a laugh, covering his mouth to nod.

The older man thought the younger guard was nice and very respectful. Namjoon was smart and found a way they two can still be in the same room while they were busy. Seokjin didn't mind having the helpful Guard sleep on the couch and get some rest. Jin thought of it as good company and enjoyed it.

As Namjoon was sleeping, Jin was sorting out pages that located each book. There will be castle staffs walking in here to read a bit on their breaks and would leave in such a hurry that they place the books back in different book shelves. Leaving Jin to organize them again.

While Namjoon was sleeping, Jin was constantly checking up on him to make sure he wasn't sleeping uncomfortably or waking up too early in his sleep. "I guess I'll need to give you a blanket." Jin thought as he walked up to his desk and grabbed his big, white sheep-furred blanket to cover Namjoon so he wouldn't feel cold at all.

As Jin tucked Namjoon in, he smiled at the younger feeling happy to help him out by allowing the Guard to peacefully sleep there. There was nothing between them yet, but Jin felt bad that Namjoon wanted to hang out with him.

However, their work was in the way and that prevented them from having a full on conversation towards eachother, discussing interests and small talks to know eachother more. Seokjin wanted to know more of the Guard he has known for all these years... Hoping to move out of the well acquainted zone and possibly become best friends from now on.
