Chapter 56: Thinking of you

           Hoseok was packing up his bookbag with snacks and games for Sumi. He brought gummy bears and lolipops for his new daughter, he also made sure he brought toys along with him. Just having a little daughter made him very happy. Sumi has become Yoongi's and Hoseok's favorite person they cared about.

            As Hoseok stuffed new toys into his bag, Taehyung was leaning on the doorway of Hoseok's room, gawking at how Hoseok was smiling the whole time as he placed things into his bag.

           "Suddenly you care about that little girl even more.. Just before you never brought her these things..." Taehyung pointed out and raised a brow. "Are you.. A pervert, Hope?"

               Suddenly Hoseok started to laugh. "I'm not a pervert, Taehyung! I just really care about Sumi... My daughter.." Hoseok mentioned as Taehyung almost forgot Hoseok was in a relationship with Sumi's father.

            "Ah... I see, I almost forgot.. It seems things went quickly and I forgot most things... Most things like you being with someone else." Taehyung added as he walked to Hoseok's bed and layed on it.

           Hoseok remained silent at what Taehyung said. It was almost like his Ringmaster wanted to have another shot.. But Hoseok wasn't going to allow it. "Taehyung... Why are you so close to me now?" Hoseok asked as Taehyung looked at the older man suddenly stop trying to close the black backpack.

            "Because I care about you..."

              "I'm sorry.. I moved on, you should too. It's not healthy, trust me." Hoseok claimed as he placed on the back pack.

               "Let me go too..." Taehyung pleaded making Hoseok turn to face him.

               "What are you going to do over there?" Hoseok wondered and waited for an answer.

               "I'll need to get Jimin's things and return the contract Jimin signed with the King. Jimin was going to do that but..... You know." Taehyung responded as Hoseok made a smile.

             "Fine, let's go together! Before you leave I want to show you Sumi!" Hoseok claimed. The Ringmaster already knew how the girl looked but Hoseok just wanted to show how nice Taehyung was. In Hoseok's eyes, Taehyung could be Sumi's uncle!

        Taehyung then went to Jimin's room, seeing Jimin facing up at the ceiling.... Silently. The leader wanted to say something but Jimin wouldn't listen. Times like these, Jimin would never want to pay attention to what anyone says. The older boy can get many help from others but he will only listen to himself.

             "Jimin, I'm going to the castle to get your things... And I'm going to need the contract you signed with that King." Taehyung added as Jimin only pointed to the dresser that held the important contract.

            "Please don't tell him how I've been.... I don't want him to ask about me." Jimin whispered. At the moment, he closed his eyes feeling gently stings on his head because of how much he cried in the morning.

            "Understood." Taehyung replied as he grabbed the contract and walked out of the room. Very soon, Hoseok and the Ringmaster arrived to the castle and was allowed in almost instantly because Namjoon recognized the two.

           "Do the guards ever smile?" Hoseok asked as he stopped right in front of Namjoon. "Are you okay, man?"

           Namjoon stepped back in silence as Taehyung leaned over to whisper to Hoseok. "This guy looks like he's been through alot, lately..."

             "Should we make him smile, Taehyung?" Hoseok responded to Taehyung in a whisper as Taehyung shrugged and walked up to Namjoon and placed his hands on Namjoon's chubby cheeks and tried to make him smile.

            "Smiling is the best medicine!" Taehyung claimed as he smiled while still wearing his mask that only covered the 90% of his upper face. But he still showed his smile to the Guard.

           Namjoon finally let out a laugh by just staring at the Ringmaster. "Hurry along you two, I need to focus on guarding the gates." Namjoon laughed.

           "I'll be back to make you smile again!" Taehyung pointed at Namjoon and waved as he walked away with Hoseok. As they arrived to the castle, they noticed Seokjin running out of the throne room happily with the book cart by his side as he pulled it. It was like he was told something and was in a hurry to do that something.

         This is where Hoseok took a turn to the halls and went to Yoongi's room as Taehyung walked forward to the throne room where he noticed the Bookworm run out happily while he struggled to keep his glasses on.

          As Taehyung walked into the throne room, the King say on his throne staring blankly at the ground with no emotion again... He would get like this when his mind travels to the point where the King reminds himself of how he lost Jimin.

           Adviser Yang was talking to Jungkook and as soon as the Ringmaster walked in, Adviser Yang grew silent and walked out of the room. No words were exchanged.

            "Hello, Your Majesty. It's me! your friend, the Ringmaster! I came to bring your contract back. Jimin no longer wants to keep it now." Taehyung stated as Jungkook nodded quietly and held out his hand to accept the contract.

          "He didn't have to bring this here.. I have the original copy.. I was hoping he would keep this to remember me.. But I understand if he doesn't want to remember me... Everyone must move on eventually..." Jungkook whispered.

              "I'm going to need his things... He didn't want to come here and get it." Taehyung added as Jungkook nodded almost crying.

             "I'll take you to his room..." Jungkook claimed as he stood up to lead Taehyung to Jimin's old room. Jungkook wanted to find a way to talk to Jimin but he didn't know how to approach Jimin now.. There was no way!

           Taehyung stepped into the room and whistled. He was impressed on how good the room looked and thought Jimin was treated so kindly... There was no way Taehyung can believe the King touched Jimin sexually and used his love against him.... Maybe there was things Taehyung just couldn't understand.

              As the Ringmaster started to pack up Jimin's clothes, he grabbed the silk blanket thinking it was Jimin's. "Is this Jimin's? I don't remember him packing this.."

          "It's his... I gave it to him." Jungkook claimed as Taehyung placed the red silk blanket back onto the bed.

            "I don't think he'll want it back." Taehyung stated as Jungkook walked up to it and held it in his hands.

          The king let out a sigh and looked at the Ringmaster. "Has Jimin... Been thinking of me? Did he mention me to anyone?" Jungkook asked as Taehyung stayed silent. "Ringmaster?"

            "Well... I'm not allowed to say since Jimin advised me that He doesn't think you should be speaking about him.. But I'll let you in on a little something." Taehyung said as he took off his mask to reveal his face. Showing how serious this meant. "Jimin is very depressed now... He needs you. He misses you and would cry himself to sleep and wake up in tears."

            "I want to see him... I-I can't sleep or eat! Everything I used to do with him.. I can't do anymore. I want to see him again but I don't know how.. I just can't show up at his house." Jungkook claimed as Taehyung began to think.

          "Because I care about Jimin like a brother... I guess I can open a performance and you should be able to show up. Surprise him there and talk to him. I am very sure he'll listen to you, Your Majesty. I know he will. You're everything Jimin talks about, you're all he wants in life right now."
