I was about to call their attention, but something happened.

*Smirk* As expected.

"Demon's. MOVE, NOW!" I commanded. Then I felt them running away from our position.

All the lights went dead, thanks to Tom. Sab and Lauren did their best, I guess, all the people around the vicinity already left away except us. The RG's are now safe with Ethan. And I sense Ulysses's presence beside me.

"Ully, ready. Nakapalibot sila sa atin. I guess, they're around 15 or more."

"Yeah. There are 3 men on your side, holding a gun. 2 at your back, with their knives. May 2 sa harap mo at pasugod na sila. The other 3 are upstairs aiming to shoot us. The other 5 guys are focused on me."

Habang nagsasalita si Ulysses, inalis ko na yung sapatos at bottom part ng gown ko para madali akong makakilos.

"If ever something wrong will happen, I'm allowing you to use guns or whatever."

"Okay. I'll handle the 3 men upstairs."

Naguguluhan ba kayo kung bakit may plano kame?

*Flashback*

6:45 PM. Before the party.

Pagkababa ko ng hagdan, naghihintay na sila sa receiving area.

"Queen." Si Ethan ang unang nakapansin sa akin.

"I have something to tell you." I said.

Tahimik lang sila at naghihintay sa susunod kong sasabihin.

"Be ready, because I'm sure that someone will attack us on the party."

"What do you want us to do, queen?" Ulysses asked.

"Ully, since mas magaling kang kumilos sa dilim, ikaw ang sasama sa akin."

"Are we --" I cut him off.

"One more thing. No guns or whatever. We'll use the basic combat."

"Oui, reine."

"Sab and Lauren, ilayo niyo yung mga tao, 20 meters is far enough or much better na mailabas niyo silang lahat."

"Ethan, keep the RG's away. We will have a private coronation after the fight."

"And for you, Tom. Take care of the lights and everything. Then, if everything is cleared, turn on the lights."

"Yes, queen." Lauren, Sab, Ethan and Tom.

"Just wait for my signal."

*End of flashback*

But before I take my first step, someone is planning to stab me, but I quickly step my right foot backward and put my weight to the left leg and twist the upper part of my body fast including my right leg then I kicked him just before he stab me.

Someone from the back shot me, but my reflexes are fast. I bend my back, but he's really determined to kill me, so he pull the trigger once more and the bullet glided on my left arm. I closed my eyes and I felt the cold floor on my knees. Then I realize, it's not a usual bullet. It contains poison. Damn. I grabbed the knife hiding inside my shorts and threw it away towards him and it hit his chest.

The lights turned on.

I slowly opened my eyes and smirked and showed them my almost burning brownish-orange eyes.

Slowly, I stood up with a grin on my lips.

I turned to face them and surprisingly run fast towards them, even though I'm now experiencing dizziness.
