Chapter 15

Aphmau

Everyone had left by now, except for Katelyn.

I invited her to hang out and have a girls day with me.

She gladly excepted, which was kinda surprising since she's usually pretty busy.

We just arrived at the mall- which in my opinion is one of the perfect places to have a girls day.

We've mainly just talked about my relationship with Zane, and everything that's happened since I started staying with Zane.

"So Katelyn," I began. "We've talked enough about me. Tell me about your relationship with Jeffery."

"W-What!?" She yelled in surprise.

"I dunno. You two seem to hang out a lot." I explained as I shrugged.

She blushed. "W-Well I have no romantic interest in him if that's what you're implying!"

"Uhu. Suuure. Whatever you say Katelyn." I teased as we continued to walk.

"Shut up.." She mumbled.

"But really though. I've seen how you look a him. I know that you're pretty secretive about your emotions, but I'm not gonna make fun of you. I just wanted to make that point clear. If you ever want to chat about it, I'm here." I offered as we walked in silence for a minute.

"Okay, fine. I kinda have feelings for Jeffery. There. I said it." She said while blushing.

"Awww! Katelyn! I-It really means a lot that you shared this with me. Thank you for that." I thanked as she looked down to hide her blush.

"D-Do you have any advice for me? I'm really not good at this whole relationship thing." She stated as her blush deepened.

"Just be yourself. That's the best you can do. If he- or any guy for that matter- can't see you for yourself, then there's no point in even trying. If they except you for who you are, then you've found the real treasure." I explained as we walked up to 'Forever 21'.

"Thanks. Now, do you want to go shopping or not?" She asked as she walked into 'Forever 21'.

I grinned as I followed her.

If Aphmau won't come to me, then I'll go to her.

I over heard Zane talking to Garroth as he said that Aphmau was gonna be at the mall with Katelyn.

I can win her over while I'm there.

I'll just wait for Katelyn to get busy with something, and then I'll take care of Aphmau.

It's a genius plan.

I arrived at the mall an hour ago, and I've been looking all over for her.

If I know Aphmau, which I do, then she'll either be in the food court or forever 21.

I'll check the food court first because Aphmau loves food.

On my way to the food court I saw Katelyn and Aphmau heading towards forever 21.

Called it.

Now I just have to get Katelyn distracted somehow, and then Aphmau is all mine.

She won't have Zane or Katelyn to steel her from me this time.

That's why this plan is so genus!

I walked into forever 21, and waited for my time to strike.
