Chapter Fifteen: Space

I got up and everyone started laughing.
"Well I guess we'll have to prepare ourselves for when we go to lightspeed again." Aceti said
I walked over to him and slapped him across the face.
Everyone was laughing until we heard the roaring of tie-fighters. Aceti ran to the cockpit and everyone knew what he was doing.
"Brace yourselves!" He yelled but we were already against the wall.
We went to lightspeed and we all screamed. I looked over to my right and saw everyone unconscious.
"Aceti!" I screamed
I got no response so I used the force to open the door. I immediately regretted my decision because his limp body came flying out of the cockpit. The last thing I remember is watching Aceti's body slamming into me.
I woke up on the freezing cold floor. I looked over to my right and saw everyone still unconscious.
I got up and went to the cockpit. The air was cold. I looked around to see the fuel supply.
We were completely out! I ran over to everyone and started shaking them. One by one they got up.
Aceti got up the last and when he finally did I screamed "We have no fuel!"
He looked at me startled. Then ran to the cockpit.
We all walked in and Latsky asked "We gucci or not?"
I shook my head no and everyone looked at each other worried.
"We only have enough power to send out one stress signal and to keep us above freezing for an hour and to keep enough oxygen from suffocating for five hours.
"Just send it!" Vlosev said impatiently.
I watched as Aceti pressed a couple buttons and then he turned around and walked out of the room.
"Go grab any sort of cloth or fabric and bring it to the lounge." I said
Everyone nodded and ran to their rooms.
I went to mine and found the box of cloaks, a mattress, a single blanket and a pillow.
I grabbed it all besides the mattress and brought it to the lounge.
Everyone brought their mattress besides me.
"Alright everyone huddle close. We will conserve heat." I said.
We all huddled close on the mattresses and put all the blankets and clothes on us.
About an hour passed and we realized when we had no heat.
"Multiple ships have received our SOS signal." Aceti said as he came running from the cockpit.
He jumped in with us and we just sat there in silence.
"It's been two hours now." I said hopelessly
"We're all dead people alive right now. So why don't we just kill our selves?" Lpfadbitsf said
"Because we still have hope you idiot!" Abraxis yelled at him.
Another hour past and everyone's breathing was staggering.
"Two hours left." Aceti said in a depressed way
Another thirty minutes past until Arsement said "Doesn't our breathing slow Dow when we are asleep?"
"Yes it does! Arsement you're a genius!" Latsky said
"I'll stand guard in case of anyone." I said
It's been another hour and no one fallen asleep.  Everyone's turning blue and purple.
"No one is coming." I finally said
Everyone's eyes filled with tears.
"Hevor you are like a brother to me. I love you man." I said to him sadly
"Abraxis, you were always there for me whenever I need you most. You were like the sister I never had." I told her
"Sopec and Vlosev you two are the ones who would always come in clutch. Whenever we needed you the most you would show up." I told them
"Lpfadbitsf you always made us laugh and made the emotions in the time more dramatic. But you were always the most savage." I told as he smiled and chuckled
"Lesnati. You and your banter ways. You would always be so mad and distracted the enemy and got hurt most of the time. But your the realest FNG. He smiled and looked up at me
"Latsky you've been here me since we first met. You're an inspiration to so many others with your ways and how you are able to use anything to your advantage and think of almost every outcome in a matter of seconds." He looked at me and started crying. His tears turned to ice in seconds which forced him to stop.
"Arsement, I've trusted you with almost all my belongings, secrets and more. I would've had it any other way. You the real fire." He laughed at this and looked to me with a spark of fire in his eyes.
"Aceti, you've been there so many times and you've saved me numerous times. If it weren't for you I doubt any of us would be alive right now." He smiled at me and nodded his head
"And last but not least Ajneb. You've blown up so many things and people. You're considered a terrorist on many planets but here you are family. You are all. We live together, we die together!" I said
We all gathered closer and hugged.
One by one everyone started going unconscious.
I was the last one conscious.
I looked to the cockpit. A blinding light came out of nowhere and I heard a ship dock underneath ours.
I saw a woman with a blaster ready for a fight. She ran over to me and said "You're ok. You all are."
After she said that I saw two men board our ship.
"Cezzar and Dako get these people to a heated area." She said
I got picked up and as I was thrown over one of their shoulders I coughed up blood and blacked out.
