Chapter Seven: War, Death, and Destruction

I watched as Levats face lit up with excitement when he was handed the shotgun.
"Now we can avenge your wife and children." I told him
I heard the footsteps of the stormtroopers hitting the cold cement floor slowly getting closer. My heart is beating so hard I feel like the entire city can hear it.
I look at the rebels and I see the fear in their faces as the stormtroopers get closer.
"We can do this! We are the rebellion! Did we give up when The First Order blew up senate? Did we give up when The First Order was about to destroy our base?!?" Levat yelled
I saw hope and fire spark in the rebels eyes when he was finished.
"May the force be with you." I told them
They looked at me then the troopers. They all started screaming and jumped above the trench.
In seconds there was a deafening sound of blaster fire. I looked up and saw bodies dropping on the ground from both sides. We were outnumbered at least ten to one.
I waited until all the rebels were gone "We are getting on that star destroyer." I told Levat as I pointed to the middle one.
I could tell that he trusted me by the look in his eye.
We ran around the battle field killing any stormtroopers that got in our way. We made it up to the middle star destroyer and went up the ramp the stormtroopers came down.
When we were in I could hear him breathing heavily. I could tell that there was almost no one on this ship.
We started running around the place until we found an elevator up. When we did I got in to it and he followed me.
We went up as high as we could. When we stopped I realized that we were in a long narrow hallway with a huge door at the end and other smaller doors along the sides.
We ran to the big one and it opened up revealing about thirty stormtroopers and a commander.
I heard Levat cuss under his breath as the troopers opened fire. I ignited my lightsaber and ran in first. I had all of their attention until they realized Levat was shotgunning them from the back. When they didn't have attention on me I jumped up and as I falling I spun my self in circles until I hit the floor. I looked around me to see standing stormtroopers with no heads.
That was the end of all of them. I watched Levat kick one. When that one hit the floor all of the other ones collapsed. All that was left was this one defenseless commander. He was absolutely terrified.
"He's all yours" I said to Levat
Then he went over to the commander and put his shotgun in his throat.
"Any last words you bastard?" Levat said to the commander
"I'll see you in hell" He said
Levat then kicked him in a place where it hurts and fired his shotgun. I watched the execution and saw a bloody mess after it all.
"Let's go see if there's anything we can use to help the rebellion." Levat told me as he kicked the dead commander.
We looked through the little windows in each of the doors and found nothing. We were about to go to the elevator when Levat said "What's that!?!" as he pointed to a door. He ran over to it and it opened. I came in after him. I looked around the room and saw nothing but useless explosives.
"Goodbye friend." Levat said as he pushed me out to the hall.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!" I yelled at him
I could tell that he was going to blow up this ship and everything around it. I sensed love, bravery, and accomplishment radiating off him. He looked at me seriously and I nodded my head.
I started cutting a hole in the ceiling and eventually an almost perfect circle fell to the floor. I jumped up and I realized I was on top of the star destroyer.
I jumped down to the nose of the ship. I sensed someone I knew close to me near. I looked up and saw a figure in my grandfathers bluish-gray stormtrooper armor. I could tell it was Adazach hiding beneath it. I sensed it stronger than anything I've sensed before. I took my lightsaber off my belt at ignited it holding it high above my head in his direction. I could tell he was looking at me. I knew he was talking to me.
I then looked down to see people from the streets coming in and helping the rebels or whatever they call themselves now. I saw so much death on both sides. That's when I remembered there is a man who is about to blow up this ship any second.
I leaped onto the battlefield with my lightsaber out. I kept on jumping until I made it into the middle of the rebels. "RUN!" I yelled
But it was to late I heard a loud explosion and turned around and saw the middle star destroyer inflamed. I realized that the explosion caused the other star destroyers to do the same. I jumped up as high as I could and turned my back to the ships. In seconds I was flying through the air because of the explosion. I watched as I saw Adazach fly away with his jetpack when I got close to him.
I was able to land on top of a building. I looked back at the destruction but my view was blocked by other buildings. All I could see was a thick black cloud of smoke rise into the atmosphere.
I was able to slide down the building without being spotted by anyone. I looked around at the terrified people. I was hearing buildings crash to the ground behind me but I didn't want to see what happened.
"Run!" I heard a little red thing scream as it started spitting and clicking.
I could run with the people but I'm to sad that Levat is dead.
