It starts with a thought ..
"What if.." or "Maybe if I'm not careful .."
It makes your heart race .. or nearly stop ..
When it's people you love you nearly cry.
Occurs when your life flashes before your eyes.
The feeling of knowing you don't know what's next.
Maybe it's a fear of losing someone
Maybe it's a fear of losing yourself
Maybe it's a fear of what could happen
Fear
That worry of if that person is really okay
Worry that you'll never be okay
Worry that everything you did was for nothing
Worry that you not doing anything caused it
Fear breaks you
Fear detains you
Fear holds you
Fear feeds on you
