"Go, go, go, go, go, GO!" Sophie yelled at the screen, spamming on her controller.

I was sitting in the gaming room between Sophie and Ash. We were playing another first-person shooter game and we were nailing it!

Well, if you call nailing getting killed a million times only to get about ten kills yourself.

Although all four of us were the worst at the game, we still enjoyed it. Especially with all the snack breaks.

After twenty games and several toilet breaks, I became extremely tired.

"I'll call it a night," I said, yawning loudly.

"Yeah, sure you- OH HELL NO!" Sophie then yelled, spamming the controller.

I giggled then ruffled Ash's hair before walking over to my room.

On my way there, I caught a glimpse of blonde hair and immediately decided to take a longer route to my bedroom.

Finally, I got to my room and flopped onto the bed.

Even though I slept for a very long time, I was still exhausted and knew that it would take a long time for everything to get back to normal.

Well, everything except for me and Jamie.

He crossed too many lines during our conversation. Lines that he knew never to cross.

It didn't hurt me because I may be close to him _ no, of course not.

It only hurt because I knew what he said was right. I was being ungrateful. I didn't even realise the fact that I was yet to thank anyone for their help.

Oh, I wish I could just turn back time.

Anyway, about a few seconds later I fell into a deep sleep.

Well, sorta.

Exactly ten seconds later, I had a dream. Yep, that's right, another bleeping one.

This time, however, I was in a meeting room with five other people. I didn't know who they were but they looked oddly familiar _ I've definitely seen them before.

"Lisa Stone. The element of light... of purity... war is coming... this is just the beginning..." one of them, a woman with ginger hair and amber eyes, said.

Of course the real me was confused and I was desperate to say, "What the bleep are you on about you bleeping crazy woman!"

However, I had no control over my dream so instead I said, "I know. He decided to show his face and threaten my people. There's only one way to end this feud. War is the only way."

I then turned to a man with brown hair and emerald green eyes, "We shall be supporting you, every step of the way."

I nodded in respect before saying one last thing, "And I won't let you down."

Finally, I woke up. I didn't spring out of bed or fall on the floor or anything like that. I just calmly opened my eyes.

That dream wasn't only strange, but I somehow felt more... more... powerful. I felt like a leader. Like the queen I'm expected to become.

If I was a psychic then I'd say that dream was a look into the future, however, I'm not and the dream was probably a weird product of my imagination.

Anyway, I got up and went out for a brief run around the school: I passed all the walking students and the beautiful gardens.

Finally, I find a spot that me and Jamie found on one of our runs and sat down.

It was a small pond in the middle of some trees and bushes. I took my shoes off and dipped my toes in the water.

I knew for a fact that the water was clean mainly because Jamie cleaned it every single day since we found the pond.

Even though we were in the middle of a fight, I knew Jamie would still clean it. I knew he loved the place as much as I loved it.

I sighed before staring up at the sky: it was clear with the occasional cloud gliding along gracefully.

The calmness in the air was the complete opposite of the chaos going on in my head.

First of all, was the crazy amount o weird dreams I had: ever since the start of the year, I had countless dreams and nightmares.

I didn't know why, but I had a feeling all of them somehow linked together. Possibly even connected to the person who's trying to kill me.

Second problem, Jamie. I didn't know how our relationship would turn out in the end but I knew our argument somehow damaged our strong friendship.

I hated that.

Jamie was like a brother to me: he'd always be there for me and I'd always be there for him.

True, we'd have our occasional banter, however, it was never as big as the one we just had.

I had to apologize. Despite having a major pride issue, I needed to take into account the effort others put into life as well. It was selfish of me to suddenly start complaining even after they all helped me.

Then again, if I suddenly apologized, now he may think it was forced in some way. The last thing I wanted was for him to misunderstand my intentions.

I sighed tiredly, running a hand through my hair. Then, I lifted the necklace that mum gave me last year and kissed it.

"What should I do?" I whispered as a stray tear trickled down my face.

I was confused and overwhelmed. Sometimes, I wished I never found Celestiam in the first place. My life would be normal.

Behind me, I heard footsteps.

Hurriedly, I stuffed my necklace into my shirt, wiped the tears from my eyes and stood up.

When I saw who it was, I mentally cursed before looking down, so my eyes wouldn't meet his gaze, and walking past him. (Yep, I still didn't have any shoes on).

Before I could escape, I felt a hand grab my arm, forcing me to stop.

Deep down, I was praying for an opportunity to apologize without a fight breaking out and almost squealed excitedly when Jamie finally spoke.

"We need to talk."

Nah, you don't say.
