    Home...

I would soon know what home would feel like again. I'm pretty sure it would feel good to be back at the place I grew up at. The speeder I found was traveling very fast, so I knew I would be there soon. Many thoughts were going through my head at a million miles an hour. Most of them were wondering about whether my family would accept me or cast me off and I'd be forced into deeper hiding.
The Empire would never stop hunting me, if they knew of my existence. Darth Vader wanted to cut off old ties so he could remain Darth Vader. Anakin Skywalker would never return. I knew that in my heart. He would never have been so cruel to so many people. Innocent people. My thoughts got the best of me because I didn't even realize that I was about 2 minutes from my parent's house. I knew what I was going to say. The only thing I didn't know was if they were going to accept me inside their home.
"Why wouldn't they," I thought in my head. They're my parents. My parents will accept me inside because I am their child. I eventually arrived. Somehow I managed to gain the courage to walk up and knock on the door. I waited for about a minute. I didn't even think in my head what I would do if they were not home. Just as I was about to leave, I heard the door open. I turned around to stare at an orange skinned Togruta. She definitely looked like a female. She definitely looked like me. I stared straight in her eyes for about a minute like an insane person, not finding the correct words to say to my very own mother.
"Hello," she said in a questioning tone. Her expression said it all. My mother didn't recognize me. I wouldn't blame her. The last time she saw me was when I was a little girl.
"Hello Mom," I said nervously. She stood there shocked. She probably didn't know what to think. "I've missed you."
She managed to muster up some words in her shocked mind. "Ahsoka," she asked. "Is it really you?"
"Yes, mom. It is really me." Tears started to form in her eyes. A big smile was creeping across her face. Next thing, I knew I was being squeezed to death by her bear hug.
"How are you? My goodness I have so many questions. Come inside. I'll get you some food and we can sit in the living room and chat. Your father is out working right now, you'll see him at dinner time..."
"Mom, calm down. We have our entire lives to chat about me and your life."
"Yes, of course." We headed inside. It was a small house, but they only had two people living here so of course it would be small. I sat down on the couch in the living room and patiently waited for some food. I was a little hungry, but I managed to keep it contained to where it didn't bother me. I was so deep in thought I didn't even hear the tray my mom was carrying be put down on the table. "Okay, let's talk."
"Where do you want to start?"

Okay, I tried to make this one a little longer than the last chapter and the prologue. Most chapters will be this length, maybe shorter, maybe longer. It all depends on how much I want to write on that day. Next chapter will be out tomorrow. Until then, have a good day.
