Throne Room.

"Candie Ark, Lord Commandment reporting, master." Candie replied faithfully,"I have brought the king of Kelilohalla alongside his children you wish to meet."

"Subject greets master Elliot." Raj knelt, not daring to look up as did his children.

"Alyssa Valentine, Vampiress greets master Elliot. I have brought my kind here. The city has been connected to the main city. I have brought my two children, Ava and Dreyfus to see you." Alyssa said.

""Your majesty, we greet you."" Ava and Dreyfus showed utmost respect to the one their mother called master.

"Belladonna Ageis, the Oracle greets master. I have brought the earthen giants who have agreed to help the beastmen in regards to the construction of the new city. Based on Abigail's presumptions, we should have the buildings ready in a matter of days. Plumbing and other necessities will be ready before the end of the month."

"Your majesty, I am the humble chief of my small tribe of giants. To extend your favor to us, we are in debt to you."

"Persicus Ithaiel, High Archangel greets master. I have called Katherine Antasia, Queen of the Elven race to meet with you."

"Katherine greets master." Katherine answered.

Elliot started at the thirteen people before her.

They would be the starting point for her kingdom.

"Rise." Elliot said, taking off her mask.

To those who had never seen Elliot before, they were in utter shock.

Especially Alyssa's children who had assumed she was a male due to the social norms of their time and because of prejudices.

Raj had simply assumed Elliot to be a king, not a queen.

The world's thinking at the time felt that men were the ones who had to take the lead, not women.

Women needed to take care of their children, to cook meals for her family and care for them, was all.

"Now that we have that out the way, we can move on to more pressing matters, yes?" Elliot said dismissively,"Good. Now as you should have been informed by my rooks, I aim to create a vast city. A city so large that it will be able to hold every single race on Herulia. A place where monsters can roam freely, not fearful of humans, a place where demihumans will not be discriminated against, a place of peace. That is my plan. But first, I believe a show of might is evident in the future."

The regal tone of Elliot sent chills down the spine of everyone.

She might not have been born a male king, but she could definitely ac t like one.

"There is a kingdom that is currently affecting the elves." Elliot started,"I have a plan to rectify that." Elliot started,"I have no doubts that the legitimacy of my kingdom will be called into consideration, therefore...Candie."

"Yes!"

"Locate the cave of the abyss dragon lords. Subjugate them through treat or the bone. They will be newly appointed knights and the gatekeepers of this kingdom."

"Yes, your highness!"

"Now...Katherine."

"Y-yes! Katherine shouted hastily.

"Do you know of any elven weapon smiths?"

Katherine shook her head,"Unfortunately not. We elves can only enchant an item, for practical uses. As for making weapons, we are not very proficient. O-Oh! What if we recruit the dwarves?"
