"MILES! I'M HEADING OUT WITH BILL," the redhead yelled as she tied the laces up on her combat boots. Her hair cascaded down around her shoulders, tickling her skin briefly.

"Don't stay out too late alright, I'm cooking spaghetti," Miles spoke a grin across his face as Melody stood up, pulling down her jean shorts before straightening the straps of her yellow tank top that was tucked into her shorts.

"My favorite," the girl grinned before hugging her brother, "I won't be long." The girl then heads out the door, the wind brisking her skin with a warm breeze bringing a small smile to her face.

Bill Denbrough was already outside on his bike, Silver, waiting for the redhead to come out.

"Where are we meeting Bev?" Melody asked as she hopped on the back of Bill's bike, her arms wrapping around his torso.

"B-by the c-church," Bill answered before kicking off on his bike. The wind pulling back Melody's hair as she smiled her eyes fluttering shut just for a brief moment until the bike stopped. Her eyes opened as she looked around for the other redhead, seeing her no where in sight.

"Maybe she's running a little late," Melody spoke as they sat waiting, Bill's fingers tapping on the bikes handle bars. Until eventually they sat waiting for what felt like hours.

"T-there's something w-wrong," Bill spoke, his voice slightly shaking as her caramel tinted eyes were pooling with worry as they watched him.

"We can go to her house and check if she's okay," Melody suggested as the boy nodded. The two hopping on the bike and heading towards Beverly's apartment.

The girls bottom lip slipped in between her teeth as she worried about every possibility that could have happened to her. She had hoped that Beverly just forgot she was suppose to meet them, but deep down she knew that was highly unlikely.

The two got off the bike rather quickly, Silver falling down onto the grass loudly as they an up the stairs. Their shoes clanking on the silver stairs as Bill and Melody slowed as they reached Beverly's apartment. Bill's hand coming out to grab Melody's when they noticed the door wide open.

Suddenly before she knew it or even saw it, Melody had a funny feeling of what happened. Her hand then intertwining with Bill's out of caution and safety. They two stepped in quietly, their weight causing the floor to creak in under them.
