The days passed slowly and Jess healed slower. After waiting in the hospital became tiresome, the boys were wisked away to their multiple concerts they'd perform in the country. Everyone seemed a bit on edge but remained calm for the sanity of the others.
"What?" Harry asks suddenly as Louis store blankly at him. They arrived back in their tour bus after a long show and Harry had collapsed to the couch. Louis shook his head,
"Nothing just dozing" He grumbles. Was the attitude that necissary? He wonders as he takes a seat at the dining table.
"Alright so next stop Las Vegas! C'mon guys! Let's get excited!" Niall tries. They all just look up to glare at his happy frame,
"How's Jess doing?" Liam asks. obviously not in the mood for Niall's antics. He shrugs, sitting beside Harry and blanking out himself.
"Hey guys, I have a question..." Liam wonders vaguley. They all look to him from their mindless daydreaming.
"And that is..." Harry prods. He shakes him off and continues,
"Where is Maggie gonna stay when we fly home? I mean, we all live in spereate apartments" He reminds them. They all nod slowly,
"Well me and Lou live together! She can come with us and they you guys visit her when ever-" Though they all shake their heads, cutting him off early knowing this plan would never work.
"Then what do you sugest?" Harry grumbles. They all look to the floor, thinking determinedly.
"I've got it! What if we all move in together! I have a vacation house with like seven rooms in the northern part of Bratford! We should go there!" Zayn cries. They all take a moment to process before smiling widly,
"Perfect! We'll have a place to stay-"
"Harry do you like Jessica?" Louis cuts him off. He stands suddenly, making everyone look to him in shock. Even the sleeping Maggie twitched at the screetch of the chair against tile.
"What?" Harry asks in his slow monotone.
"Do you like her? Becasue I think Maggie should be our main priority at the moment" He says nodding. Harry shrugs,
"I mean she's pretty-"
"No, I mean guys don't you agree?" Louis again interupts. The crowd is conflicted and looks to the two again.
"Alright Lou fine! I won't try to get her in bed if that's what you mean!" Harry cries annoyed. Louis nods satasfied,
"When we find out who the father is, then we'll think of girls again" Liam assures. Louis nods, happy to see Daddy Direction himself was on his side.
"Speaking of, Paul said she'd be back by late tomorrow afternoon" Zayn says aimlessly. They all look to him slowly,
"He said what?" Niall asks calmly, eyes still wide. Zayn nods,
"Yeah he told me she'd be home. She was on I.V for a while but now they say she's fine-"
"Way to tell us you asshole!" Louis begins.
"Yeah what the hell man, I would've liked to know how she was!" Harry continues,
"Your such a twat Zayn seriously!" Liam finishes. They continue their attacks as Zayn sits gaping at the four friends who have completly turned on him.
"I'm gonna go watch Friends" Niall grumbles and walks from the room. Harry and Louis roll their eyes and walk over to play with a now awake Maggie.
"Oh c'mon you silly twat" Liam says lovingly. Zayn's still in shock as he takes Liam's hand, helping him up. They walk off to the game room to fumble around.
The Next Day
On their journy back to America, they had swung right past the hospital. Jess was helped in the bus as she was weakened by the experience. They all take a hand to help her move her things back in and settle her.
"Well, how do you feel?" Liam asks in a hushed tone. She smiles as she looks up to him from the couch,
"Certainly better, how's Magg?" She asks exhaling deeply,
"Missing you!" Louis cries walking in with the child. Jessica's face turns instantly as she reaches for her. Maggie happily snuggles into Jess's arms and all the boys smile at the familiar scene.
"Hey guys, is it alright if my sister joins us?" Andy says busting through the door. Everyone jumps as the tall man enters nonchalatntly.
"Your sister? Andy what?" Liam asks his best friend. Andy shrugs, waving to little Maggie smiling.
"Yeah, she's having a rough time at home without me. You know, mum and dad always working... Plus she's been wanting to practice her drumming and thought this'd be a perfect way. Thought maybe she could stay with us" He shrugs. Harry looks up from Maggie to eye the guitarist conflicted.
"Where would she stay?" He asks. Andy reaches for Maggie who mimics his moves.
"With me in my bus... She's only 17! Well turning 18 but still! She's like nothing" Andy convinces,
"You'll have to talk to Paul" Liam assures. Andy nods,
"Please already did that! C'mon Jess, how can you not be excited for another girl! You can talk about like periods, and vaginas and stuff!" He says dopily.
"Okay Andy, girls don't just talk about vaginas"- Harry's giggling intensly by now-" and sure! I mean the only girl I've come in contact with has been Maggie this past week!" She laughs.
"Yeah I mean, any family of yours is family of ours" Niall smiles. Andy amost jumps with joy as he bounds from the bus.
"Yeah the Samuel's have it rough... You know, the dad being an alcholic and all" Liam says darkly.
"I hope she's hot" Zayn mutters, and all the boys groan in agreement. All them except Louis...
