Rylans Point of View

Watching Elizabeth give birth to our children was the most disgusting, yet amazing thing I have ever seen. I have to give her major props. She birthed three children. I was surprised that she didn't need a c-section. I read about how women who have multiples usually have c-sections. I know most men aren't that into knowing this kind of information, but I needed it to make myself feel prepared.

Elizabeth was now asleep. I swear she is super women. After giving birth we waited about two hours before we were moved to a recovery room and even though she was exhausted and on the verge of passing out she stayed awake and fed the babies and changed their diapers and took the time to show me how to do what I needed to do. She was really patient. Once the nurses took the babies for their baths and hearing test, I told Elizabeth to lay down and get some sleep. She didn't need me to tell her twice and she fell asleep. I was about to doze off when my brother came barging into the room.

"Where are my nephews and niece!" He said a little too loud. I threw a pillow at him.

"Hush. Elizabeth hasn't sleep in hours and she finally passed out so don't wake her up."

"Sorry." He whispered.

We walked into the hallway.

"So where are the babies?"

"The nurses took them to get a bath and do their hearing test. They should be back soon though."

"I can't wait to see them."

"They are so precious."

"How did the labor go?"

"Honestly, I think Elizabeth had a tough time. I mean, it was three babies. Before our baby girl came out she was so exhausted and said she couldn't do it anymore. I could tell she wanted to give up, but man let me tell you. She did amazing. I am still in awe at what her body was able to do."

"You really love her."

"I do. So much and I can't wait until we are able to get married."

"I am looking forward to it."

Just then the nurses were coming down the hall with our babies.

"There's the babies now." I nodded my head and Theo turned around.

"Mr. Masters, they are all clean and their hearing test came back great."

"That is fantastic."

"I am just going to check on Elizabeth. Bring the babies in when you're ready." She said and walked away.

I turned to look at Theo and he was staring at the babies.

"What?"

"They're so tiny. I feel like if I pick one up I will break them."

"I thought the same thing, but you will be fine."

I watched as he carefully picked up one of my sons.

"Hello there. I am your uncle Theo and I am going to be the best uncle you ever have." He spoke softly.

He put him back down and we wheeled the babies back into the room. When we got in Elizabeth was awake.

"Hey baby." I said and walked over and gave her a kiss.

"Hey. How are the babies?"

"They are perfect. The nurses just brought them back."

"Let me see my babies!" She squealed.

I handed her one son and our baby girl.

"They are so perfect."
